This location is not in the business of customer service. Which is quite unusual for the franchise. The employees can be rude and distasteful. I understand they work in an environment that is probably hectic - however that is no excuse to treat customers as an inconvenience.

Cold food. Rock hard bread. Wilted salads. Mostly always at least hal the menu is out of stock. Second worse CFA in the city. But it is a VERY close second to the worst location in Columbia Heights shopping center on 14th where they are also rude and disrespectful to customers

AVOID if you don't want to feel miserable. Got serious food poisoning at this Chick-Fil-A. Not a good experience at the restaurant either as they did not give me what I ordered. I'm surprised that they're even allowed to represent Chick-Fil-A as the service and food is not up to the quality of other Chick-Fil-A restaurants.
