AVOID if you don't want to feel miserable. Got serious food poisoning at this Chick-Fil-A. Not a good experience at the restaurant either as they did not give me what I ordered. I'm surprised that they're even allowed to represent Chick-Fil-A as the service and food is not up to the quality of other Chick-Fil-A restaurants.

Service was poor for usual standards of a Chic-fil-A. We didn’t get the usual kindness by employees when ordering. Instead, felt rushed. Weren’t asked for sauce. Milkshake didn’t have whipped cream or cherry. Also, the employees seem to have misheard every customer name which caused confusion at pickup. Also, not a lot of seating.
I think it is typical airport food service workers here instead of Chic-fil-A workers, and you can tell.
AVOID THIS BY ALL MEANS. Placed a mobile order and made the payment like I did in any other fast food restaurants. Waited for 20 minutes and was told I won't get my food because *I* didn't "check in" for my order - it must be real because I am an idiot and missed every sign!
And of course, you will neither get your food nor your money back! Good luck and try hard to ask for a refund from the staff who doesn't give it a 🩷🩷🩷🩷 at all. You will waste another 20 valuable minutes in your life and still won't see anything reflected in your card.

I very early buy food at the airport due to customer service not being so great. I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome Annika was. I watched as she showed everyone exceptional customer service and was hoping she would be my cashier, I LUCKED OUT!! She went above and beyond and showed super service!
The best service I’ve ever had, and it was a pleasure being in service by Annisa. When I tell you, the service was top-tier of every employee was just as good even they are. I’ll give this 20 star is 100 stars 1000 stars as many stars as I could!
