attitude was so bad if you dont like your job don’t work there. spanish lady there on 3/29 was aggressive in asking what i wanted i understand its close to closing time but dont get irritated when someone whos just trying to grab something to eat getting out late from work as well. wont be coming back to this location.

I went for a salad, I asked the person who served me for rice in my salad and his answer was. The salad doesn't have rice and it made me feel bad. I don't see the ingredients for each dish on the menu? Very bad customer service, I asked for a glass of water and they don't have it either.

They force you along the line and dont explain what any of the options are. I tried getting a bowl but they kept adding random items that I did not ask for and pressured me to keep moving despite not having my order ready. I also generally don't like Mexican food so take that into consideration when reading this.Vegetarian options: There were two vegetarian options if you are not getting salad. I don't recommend since the variety is low and you are better elsewhere.

This location is one of my favorite locations in DC. I visit this location often as I never have to find parking because I have access to free parking by parking in Giant Food.My order is always carefully prepared and the inside and outside of this location is always clean. Good customer service is also a plus and although the lines can be long at times . staff does a great job at moving the line along quickly.Great Job 14th Street Chipotle ?

At first I was excited because they were open till 11, but when I got to order they were out of almost everything and the staff gave zero cares. Kinda defeats the purpose of staying open late if you're out of food.

Waited in line for the workers to let me know that they are no more salad dressings. No more lettuce half of the toppings were gone. The restaurant looked a trash mess. I will never go to this location again.

This is def one of the better (if not best) chipotle’s in DC. They always have every ingredient and staff is friendly and diligent. Very tasty !

Bad customer service. I asked for extra rice but they didn't give it to me so I asked for some brown rice as well. So the lady took white rice out of my bowl and put it back then put brown rice in. For what. Charge me extra just give me what I ask for please!!

It's unbelievable they are stolen some parts of ? I just see it at home, they don't know how to handle customer service at all. They keep changing the price in a minute and disrespect you.I drive 55 miles to get a Goat. After I choose a ? they charge me $600 before I choose they told me $500, even $500 is too expensive. If I'm you don't drive this farm. Also the owner told me the goat is bad and the meet going to be hard but I told hem I want this goat and they change the price immediately. They don't respect you only accept cash because of the tax thing. Save yourself my habesha people  they think only Farm around here is them. I hope they will get what they deserve after seeing this review.

Great customer service except for the shift manager tonight. While waiting for my online order (only person waiting for online order) the person working orders was making my order the shift supervisor saw an "express order" come up so she tells the employee to stop making my order and work the express order even if a customer is waiting. I was standing right there. I go to this Chipotle two or three times a week. Rude and wrong. Correcting employees in front of customers is poor management. Learn to treat people with kindness.

Got home and realized my pickup order was completely wrong. Tried using the app to complain and the automated bot kept crashing. No way to talk to a person. So many better food options than Chipotle. Waste of money
