I have ordered online and went to pick up my food stayed by online pick up no one helped me and I have ordered barbacoa and they just added 1 tea spoon even the rice is very little disappointed never go back to this location

I always have to wait forever at this Chipotle for pickup orders - every single time. Then they frequently forget my sides. There is zero parking, so if you drive, park in the neighborhood and walk a few blocks.

Food tastes good so I keep coming back BUT terrible customer service. Skimp out on portions with half scoops of protein. And please train the employees at this location how WRAP PROPERLY. They literally just throw it into the foil and the Burrito falls apart instantly.

The people who work here don't want to work. They don't want to make quesadillas just because they're lazy. And they make the excuse that they are very busy when it is not true.
The people who serve have 0 education Especially a young woman with dyed hair and glasses. It seems that they make her work hard
Can't recommend. Was a mess. Garbage in recycling bins, napkins strewn all over floor. Tables not cleaned. And you pay a ton for anything now. For fast casual or fast food increasingly not worth it. But if you love Chipotle go, it's probably same.

It’s always dirty and all the young kids do is talk and give small portions like they’re saving the food for themselves. I don’t even go to this chipotle any longer. They need a manager that knows what they’re doing and on duty at all times. It be mad dirty in there too.

I spent $80 bucks on food and they couldn’t make an adult quesadilla with cheese for my kid simply because it’s ordered online at this Location now! It’s called customer service tortilla and cheese not that difficult. We need to do better. This is the first chipotle I’ve ever had an issue with regarding getting a quesadilla. It wasn’t busy and it’ll be less busy since I won’t be visiting this spot again.
Kid-friendliness: If a kid is asking nicely sometimes it’s okay to make exceptions specially when it’s food!
