One of the workers had an attitude with me but I ignored it. Not a lot of space inside and the other worker barely gave me any chicken. Whatever but the worst part of it all is that I asked for sour cream and the sour cream was so liquidy it was basically water and turned my chicken and rice bowl into a white sour cream soup. . I have never written a review before but had to write one here because of how gross my meal was and experience.

Rice was hard, worker spent a lot of time on his phone instead of helping the line even after store manager told him to help. And to make matters worse I found a screw of all things inside my drink I don’t even know how that could have been possible.

Ordered in advance and it took longer than just standing in line. Food was cold by the time I got it. And I was waiting in the store for like 15 minutes, barely got check up on.

HANDS DOWN the WORST SERVICE EVER AT A CHIPOTLE. I was the first customer at 10:45 and wanted to order a very simple bowl before getting to my own store at 11am. I was IGNORED by all three employees, as they continued what they were doing in slow motion right in front of me. The guy behind the counter never said hello and instead was grabbing bags of chips in front of me and putting them behind the register......and did this for 3 minutes before I had to again ask for help. Then he grabbed all the spoons and SLOWLY while still facing me and ignoring me he placed one in each food service warming tin. I asked if I could just be helped, and FINALLY he made a simple bowl for me and STILL never looked at me. RUDE. The worst service I EVER EXPERIENCED by the RUDEST CHIPOTLE TEAM EVER - seriously. They were so passive aggressive and did not CARE.

Why would you start closing duties at 8 pm when you close at 10pm that legit ruined my mood. Sweeping disgusting dust and food all around customers eating and putting most of the chairs up, that is just absurd. Also the music is way too loud. It's telling that the same exact problems have been existing for 3+ months according to reviews with similar observations. Doesn't help unfriendly too. Never coming back. Can't even enjoy my free chipotle reward in peace.

I have ordered online and went to pick up my food stayed by online pick up no one helped me and I have ordered barbacoa and they just added 1 tea spoon even the rice is very little disappointed never go back to this location
