These people gave my child food poisoning i presume it was the tomato salsa i highly recommend not eating at this specific store thankfully i was able to get a refund for my troubles.

The concept is great, the sandwich is good but on the other hand the filling was too tight for the price paid. The employees are in a hurry to order and they are not friendly. The setting is nice but the tables were not clean.

This location is in the lower level of Union Train Station.
I would give it zero Stars if I could.
The customer service is something to be desired. The workers seem to be angry, impatient and intolerant. They were rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I did not purchase anything. I would not recommend this particular location if you're looking to get something to eat with a level of acceptable customer service? This ain't it!

This wasn’t my best Chipotle experience. The portion sizes were much smaller than I’m used to. Service was horrible the girl in the cashier was extremely rude she acted like she didn't want to serve the food she we got five bowls for my family and large chips I asked for mild sauce which she didn't put in the bag and said she did gave an attuide. Asked me to go back and my back. I spent over $70 so she can argue with me. Unacceptable behavior from customer service job

ANTI SANITARY PLACE!!!!
The Staff at this location keeps it DIRTY! I have purchased three bowls for my family and we wanted to stay and eat, but all tables and stations were SO DIRTY. I asked the staff to clean it. So we can sit and eat, and they said they can’t let people to leave the station and clean their own tables?! I mean SERIOUSLY? I understand if it’s busy, but it was slow. NO-ONE was in line buying anything and employees were standing. Then I asked can I have something to clean and he said he can’t give me anything and I should use paper napkins. Those tables needed to be cleaned with water and soap. If Chipotle is selling the meals, and put out tables, don’t their employees need to keep the place clean and want customers to come back?! I think this location is lacking of good management and letting staff to keep the place very dirty. The Staff is lazy and don’t want to clean.

They didn't have guacamole and there was no warning before I ordered. Cashier not friendly. He was very impatient and rude. I've been having more issues than usual with chipotle. I'm very disappointed!

Great staff, kind and energetic. The best option when you need a quick bite before your train home.

Server seemed annoyed that I was there. She even flung down my food. Cashier wasnt friendly either.
