This is the greatest Chipotle of all time. I have been to many Chipotles and this stands alone. The employees are kind, the food is great, and I love this Chipotle. I don’t know how I can ever move because this Chipotle is so good. Highly recommend.

It's hard to figure out how this Chipotle is so monumentally awful. Like, just why? The staff are all uniformly miserable, they put zero effort into making the food, the guacamole is frequently brown, they forget things constantly on mobile orders, and they barely speak to me. It's my fault for continuing to eat there, I can't really understand it myself. Something is wrong with me. I go in there and immediately feel like I must have committed terrible crimes against these people, they just stare at me with absolute disgust. It's a terrible, terrible Chipotle. I'll probably go again in a few days.

This use to be my favorite chipotle now I change my freaking mind. I was already disturbed by this young little girl not listening properly of my orders. Then later on I arrived home of course my hair is tied up. I get to opening my food eating then I found freaking black hair in my damn teeth and I wear braces. Yuck 🤢 and I’m pregnant. The nasty 🤮 crap I would except. Now I have to order new food somewhere else. I’m sick of chipotle now it’s always something.wasting my damn money and food.

That was some pretty good Chipotle. The carnitas were not warm but 🔥. Beats the one back home.

Not the greatest Chipotle, probably not the worst. There is basically no seating area. What little area there is often taken up by people hanging out. Food is somewhat hit or miss. Staff is generally pleasant.

Good service—thankful to the staff for that. Why do you never put take out orders in the take out area? Why instead do I have to talk to one of the staff behind the counter to get my take out order?

I come here once every two weeks. It really depends on who serves you on how your experience is there. And it pains me to say it, but I go there expecting the worst (in terms of service) every time I go there, as SOME of the staff is EXTREMELY incompetent. I really question how some of these employees are able to get a job. They either don't know the menu, don't talk or engage, and mess up the order.

I ordered a Quesadilla kids menu today. It's really not that difficult. A quesadilla is always a mix of cheese and the protein. Normally it comes with two quesadillas, after she had only made one, I asked her to do a second one, which she then did with an annoying attitude. She then only put one in the box as I discovered once I got home.

Also she had only used cheese and packed the chicken in the carton along with salsa and beans that I didn't order. I wanted sour cream and guacamole as my side within the box. She gave it to me as a side instead and charged me.

At some point I thought I was the stupid one, as the other staff was also looking at me not willing to understand what I had ordered, and gave up.

This chipotle really needs to work on their staff!! This type of behavior really kills the appetite for the food. It becomes a gamble every time whether you walk away happy or not

Poor customer service

Attempted to walk in at 11:05 am. Sign says they open at 10:45. The door was locked, and employees just laughed and stared at me as they were eating, was there for 10 seconds and they couldnt get up and open it. Wont be missing Chipotle as Portions were small and overpriced now, Many such cases!

It has been years since I last went to Chipotle. I had the carne asada bowl. It was surprisingly delicious. I expected tough meat and super salty. It was neither. The portion was very large. I couldn't finish it. That is a rarity. The staff all had smiles and looked like they genuinely liked their job. The atmosphere was, let's call it a fast food restaurant. Nothing special.
