Chipotle Mexican Grill

No one who works here seems to know how to wrap a burrito, which is crazy. Because Chipotle is a burrito fast food place. I take thaf back, I know the guy who is on the register can wrap a burrito. I've seen him do it. But I guess he got promoted, and there was no plan to teach anyone else that works here to do what he did. Crazy.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. The food is bland, no flavor in the meat, corn or beans. I doubt it had any seasonings on it.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to the people are so rude. The food has been sitting in the trays for probably an hour when we went up to pay. We were trying to explain to them that we have to do it through the manager setting because our card doesn’t swipe and instead of even trying, they just told us no I’m assuming because my girlfriend looks like a boy because they sure were giggling about that in the back when we first walked in and so completely discriminating against us because we’re lesbians. Both of the bathrooms are “out of order although I watched her type the code in for another woman so again, not much to be the discriminating because we’re going to have sex in the bathroom or something. And one of the men told me they’ve never seen a card like mine insinuating what maybe that I made it in my basement or something? I’m not really sure butif you are anything other than heterosexual, I would advise you stay far away from the store because you’ll be treated like Like a dog with rabies.

If workers will less loud when they free I would put more stars. I was trying to eat and talk with my friend while was there… eating here almost every day since I work close by. Fine place, but workers are unprofessional. Until I scream on them they didn’t stop. And after they just turn music…

This Chipotle is terrible, and the workers don’t even know the policy. I tried to get a THREE-POINTER burrito with only beans, rice, and cheese. First, one lady tried to say that the THREE-POINTER is only two sides, which is wrong. Then they told me that what I ordered is not a THREE-POINTER because they charge for the tortilla. Wrong again. The base—whether it’s a tortilla, bowl, or taco shells—is ZERO points. Rice, beans, and cheese each have a point value of ONE.

The workers went back and forth in front of me about this and were very condescending. This entire experience was a complete waste of my time and incredibly inconvenient. I will be following up with the manager of this store. How will this experience be rectified to ensure it doesn’t happen again?

I recently believe my kids got food poisoning from Chipotle. It affected my 3 of 5 kids who had the same bowl ingredients: corn, sour cream, guacamole and chicken. I called the DC Inspector and Chipotle Corporate to request they visit to ensure standards were met. My kids puked and had diarrhea for days, even had to take my 1 daughter to the hospital. Awful week. Chipotle corporate STILL hasn’t called me back. My kids will no longer be eating chipotle.

Recently came in on a Monday or Sunday night before the store was about to close and asked for extra meat a Hispanic or Latino girl was very rude when I asked for extra wasn’t to harsh just the tone mins you I use to work at chipotle so I know how people can be irritating but still must friendly work environment

Just visited the chipotle in NE DC and when I tell you to run, I mean run. They are always understaffed and the workers are super rude. I am very upset that is the most convenient Chipotle by my house. I will pray that the staff gets better trained and especially get better attitudes.
