One the better chipotles I’ve been to. Came on the later side of the lunch hour and they still had everything. Also I get why they lock the bathrooms, lots of non-customers coming in to use them. Lots of kids trying to just hang out here as well (not customers). Staff was very friendly!

Dirty restaurant. The workers are very nonchalant about how location is always out of things. How do you run out of chips all the time. The time we went in the door was broken which was a major fire hazard because we had a hard time getting outy the store. I've never seen a Chipotle so dirty in my life. And get this I called corporate for them to do absolutely nothing. Go here as a last resource.

I had to drive out yo this location because my local one was out of EVERYTHING for 2 days. It's about a 8 min drive for me but can I say, WOW! The woman working there knows what's up! She filled my bowl the way it used to get filled! She even said "I want you to get your money's worth" I guess that's what happens when you hire older people vs the younger ones who give you an attitude just because you ask for a little more of something that you're paying for! I wish I knew her name, but she made my day! I will definitely be going back to this little gem!

Attn District Manager: Your staff decided not to make enough steak during prime dinner time hours because “the person making steak took a break”. You need more responsible staff and management. They said they can’t make steak for 20mins, meaning they haven’t even attempted to make more. No activity from any of the 6 employees within eyesight on the grill. Good luck making sales numbers.

Went here a couple of days ago around 7pm and never again. The food was down to old looking scraps and I kindly asked was fresh food coming out? The guy replied, "fReSh??" As if I was speaking a foreign language. I replied back, "Yes new food." He said, "Oh nawww this all we got". Why is old barely there food not being replenished with 2 more hours until closing? I've been to other locations where fresh food came out 30min before closing. Also, the customer service is beyond poor and slow. My 2 bowls sat on the counter for 10min before being fixed and there was only one guy ahead of me. A mother and her son came in after me and she even noticed and said, "We're never coming here again." The employees look like lazy zombies that hate their job. One guy was fixing a burrito bowl on a very dirty counter and the burrito tortilla was just touching the counter and I was mortified. There were no napkins or cutlery and the fountain drinks looked like old and dirty dried out slurpy liquid. Just nasty. The food was far from fresh... The guacamole was already browning in the display container and had avocado skins in it. Poor employees are "led" by poor management. NEVER again.

I asked him if he had any fresh fajita it was mid afternoon and the food was old not fresh. The guy was very rude stated no everything I asked him . I asked was they cooking and bringing out any fresh food told me no they wasn’t cooking anymore @ 3:45 pm really. He proceeded to talk in Spanish which I understand better than I speak. I was like never mind as you see they all looked at me even laughing as though it was funny the poor customer service I was receiving. So left. I have been coming to that store for years every few weeks when I get my hair done across the street from the store. The service was atrocious at least they were happy to wait on the customer ahead of me you see in the green shirt his burrito was full she could barely wrap it.

Both of our orders were messed up as if they didn't even try to get them right - a salad that had no lettuce in it, and a burrito without the wrap! How does that even happen when it's literally on the receipt? There were about 3 or 4 more items in the order that were missing as well. When I contacted Chipotle about it, they put an entree and a drink in my account to replace 2 messed up meals. How does a drink replace a messed up meal? That makes no sense.

I came here today for the first time because I was doing some shopping at the plaza next door. I ordered the steak bowl, bit they gave me chicken. It made no difference to me because the chicken bowl is equally delicious. I appreciated the way that they prepared the bowl, and they added heaping portions of all of the toppings suck as the shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. I managed to finish off about half of the chicken bowl, and I'm thinking that I will save the rest for tomorrow. The place was clean and I was helped quickly.

I was doing some shopping at the nearby plaza and I searched this place.out because my stomach was telling me that it was getting to be that time. The one thing that annoyed me about this location was the real lack of available parking. I came in and ordeed the steak bowl but they gave me the chicken bowl I stead. I noticed the error but rolled with it basically because the chicken bowl is equally delicious. I appreciated the way that they prepared my bowl, and they took no shortcuts piling on the ingredients. I orders the chicken bowl with brown rice and black beans. Additionally I asked for shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. I've managed to finish off about half of this meal, and I have figured that I will save the rest for luncn tomorrow. The place was clean and the employees who helped me were also nice and attentive.

Food so salty it burned my mouth !!!! Salting the food is one thing . But you're trying to get people sick with this amount of salt. Whoever was prepping this week did a terrible job at portioning the ingredients. My childs meal was too salty as well. What a waste of money . Hire people who are gonna cook the food properly. Or training maybe.. I couldn't taste the goodness of my food because everything tasted the same .like salttttt!! Wouldn't recommend .

not sure how you can consistently mess up an order like this, but they constantly do. I asked for lettuce and she put cheese on my burrito then proceeded to try to scrape it off with a cup and wrap it for me anyway... I had to tell her to start over because she was really going to give it to me that way. It had already been mixed in with the sour cream, and it just looked gross. Then had the audacity to look at me crazy. Long line of incompetency in this area overall but I never thought that even the chipotle would be this bad.
