Ordered a big order for pickup. They stuffed everything into a tiny fragile bag. The food was all mashed together and ruined and the bottom of the bag ripped less than 2 blocks away after I left the location. Train your staff to be more generous with the bags.

Cant believe I paid $11 for this. That's like $3 per bite. Barely a full scoop of rice, beans, or protein. I think I got more cheese than anything else. Got there around 1130, the only protein options were day-old chicken and week-old, stale dry burned steak. They had nothing cooking on the grill. I dont even think they were planning on using it that day. You could tell the server hated life and did not want to be there. Chipotle used to be amazing, but every single one Ive been to in and around DC has just been awful and depressing and a waste of money. If this is how they plan on running their business, they just need to shut down. Metro card for scale. And now get this - Chipotle will respond to reviews saying please contact us on their website, but when you go there and try to submit anything, the website throws you an error saying it failed to submit!! Lol the clowns are running the circus

“This location needs to be shut down and thoroughly deep-cleaned. I try to avoid coming here, but sometimes it’s the most convenient option. Today confirmed my concerns about the cleanliness of this place. The area around the food was filthy, with dirt built up in the cracks. I then noticed a roach crawling down the wall—absolutely disgusting. Additionally, the young lady at the register wearing a hijab handed me my change in a very rude manner.” I will never go to this location again.

I was ordering a bowl at 2:15pm on Tuesday Dec 2nd and somebody walked in off of the street, asked the cashier about something, then slapped the hell out of him. They seemed to have known each other. They were fighting on the ground, I walked out and did not eat. Food looked fine.
I can’t understand how a restaurant keeps its tables and floor dirty. I see several employees, but none of them seem concerned about cleaning. It’s as if they don’t care whether people feel comfortable eating inside.

I've been going to this Chipotle since it's the closest to my job. Not typically my go-to, but it's close and it's rather hit or miss. Some of the staff are really nice and easy to talk to, but some, I think, blatantly give small portions and then try and charge extra. I've been going to Chipotle forever and even worked there before, and some days I don't even think it's worth it because I don't feel I'm getting enough food for what they're charging, especially with the recent price hikes.

I went to Chipotle around 5pm yesterday and I ordered a chicken burrito. The guy that prepared my food was rushing my order. First he only scooped a very small amount of chicken on my burrito, when I asked him to add a little more he chicken he said 'thats going to be extra'. I said okay no thank you then I said I wanted a little bit of hot sauce he gave me alot . And didnt even know how to rap My burrito My stomach is killing me right it's 9:24am I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO HAVE DINNER OR LUNCH THERE!!! I also asked for a little bit of guacamole he gave me alot and a customer came to pick up their food while their dog was also in the restaurant with them... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!
