I was ordering a bowl at 2:15pm on Tuesday Dec 2nd and somebody walked in off of the street, asked the cashier about something, then slapped the hell out of him. They seemed to have known each other. They were fighting on the ground, I walked out and did not eat. Food looked fine.

I can’t understand how a restaurant keeps its tables and floor dirty. I see several employees, but none of them seem concerned about cleaning. It’s as if they don’t care whether people feel comfortable eating inside.

I've been going to this Chipotle since it's the closest to my job. Not typically my go-to, but it's close and it's rather hit or miss. Some of the staff are really nice and easy to talk to, but some, I think, blatantly give small portions and then try and charge extra. I've been going to Chipotle forever and even worked there before, and some days I don't even think it's worth it because I don't feel I'm getting enough food for what they're charging, especially with the recent price hikes.

I went to Chipotle around 5pm yesterday and I ordered a chicken burrito. The guy that prepared my food was rushing my order. First he only scooped a very small amount of chicken on my burrito, when I asked him to add a little more he chicken he said 'thats going to be extra'. I said okay no thank you then I said I wanted a little bit of hot sauce he gave me alot . And didnt even know how to rap My burrito My stomach is killing me right it's 9:24am I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO HAVE DINNER OR LUNCH THERE!!! I also asked for a little bit of guacamole he gave me alot and a customer came to pick up their food while their dog was also in the restaurant with them... I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

I think they might be under new management but the staff was great! They took their time with everyone’s order and were very personable. I’ve never left a review for chipotle cause it’s usually a disappointment 💀 but they were so great i had to!
Chipotle Easter Market……. 1-when I walked in about 5:45pm the tables was disgusting, dirty, and filthy with food left on top. The fountain area was nasty, sticky and soda spilled everywhere on the floor from the door to front of the store where you order, filthy. 2-I looked at the stove top where they cook food, horrible look like it hasn’t been clean all day.leftover rice, sauce, cheese, lettuce, everything was just all over the place, nobody cleaned or wiped the area up, so unsanitary. 3-Tue employees was rude, look like everyone needs rehab from either smoking or drinking everyone looked high and drunk. Employees didn’t look clean, nobody had on hair nets, and was using the same gloves. My whole experience at this location was a unsanitary disaster. My rating will be a 0. I paid for my bowl and gave it to someone.

first time bowl was good this was my second visit today at around 4:30 ask for bowl with white rice guy literally gets the bottom of the pan of old rice I ask him for extra rice he tells me there is no more white rice when the lady said it was more rice and they have another station for online orders that had rice he tells me there is no more white rice this is 4:30 which is unacceptable I can understand at the end of the night why did they not have white rice why did he lie about having rice this wasn't a free bowl or a reward bowl I was paying my money for this if your hungry and have a lunch break do not come here they don't have fresh white rice after 4 he literally had one scoop of rice in the bowl why would I pay for that i will not be coming back I will make that further walk to navy yard chipotle

I give this chipotle 5 stars only because of the current manager TAKIA. She was excellent! She was a very grounded and humble individual. She had no problem stepping in and working the cashier role as well as the food line. She had the customer service down packed as she kept me informed about the white rice I had been waiting for. She kept everything very clean especially since COVID and I can tell she created a friendly work environment where everyone on her team helped one another. The staff was very polite and I can tell she as very knowledgeable about her role as a manager she was setting a great example for her team! I visited on 2/19/21 around 7pm.
