12/16/2024-We stopped at Dakota Crossing to find some food. Chipotle was not at all crowded. We all ordered different stuff. I order a chicken bowl ( brown rice, black beans, onions/peppers, corn, lettuce, diced tomatoes 🍅 and guacamole on the side! Nice! This dish is so tasty! I could not wait to get back home to relax and eat my food! Yum! Yum! Yum!

Dirty bathroom at10:45 in the morning no soap to wash your hands the girl at the counter just stared at me and said nothing when I walked up to the counter .I asked for a tortilla on the side with my bowl the girl did it after I had already paid and they made me pay again for the tortilla I have never been charged for one tortilla with a bowl I said something about that and the girl at the counter walked away all employees I interacted with were rude

The service is very unpleasant, the workers are not friendly. 👎👎👎

I came to this location at 6:40pm to buy my daughter a beef bowl when I say nothing but hispanic employees working at the time the lady was pinching the meat to put it in the bowl as if she's losing money I told her to add more meat she saying that's double how when you barely put anything in the damn bowl to start with....FYI IT'S NOT GOING TO KILL YOUR PAYCHECK TO GIVE MORE MEAT

I am completely disappointed with this place. I forgot to take a photo first to show how little food they give. My daughter asked for a separate bowl of rice and beans. That cup was half full. I asked the girl if she could put more. She was upset. I also ordered kids quesadillas with only one. white rice the girl made a bad face the chips were like 3 days old I won't go back to that place

This is the only chipotle I go to in dc. It’s very clean The employees are nice the portions are more than fair.

I stood in line for at 25 minutes to be told there were chicken and I had to wait another 20 minutes. They were very rude and act as though I was an inconvenience to them.
