This place needs a new management or something.. every time I come here in the evening/night there's only 1-2 ppl working.

Every time I’ve stopped here I have never been greeted. They quite literally don’t speak to any of the black customers. They go out of their way NOT to be kind or at least say words to people patronizing the business that pays them. I will be reaching out to corporate about this. Every chipotle in DC are so welcoming and this specific location which only employs Hispanic people is, surprisingly, cold and unwelcoming to the black community. Meanwhile, most of their customers are black. I waited to see if I was making stuff up and a Hispanic person walks or a white guy and all of a sudden they remember their manners. I will be reporting them to every bureau or department I can. It is sad with the state of our country that anyone that is considered a minority would act like this towards any specific group of people. I am disappointed to say how many times I’ve shopped here over the last 6 months but I will be putting my money where my mouth is from this point forward.

Very clean inside this chipotle hits, they were fast, great portion sizes, overall great store.

The service at this location is terrible! Erick is the only nice person that works there! These International people that work here are rude and will try to talk to you any kind of way. Waiting to see who Daisha Brown is and if she will respond to my grievances. Went to support a local high school fundraiser for special need seniors only to be mistreated by staff because my kid couldn't understand and was being rushed to order because they were busy! Almost want to call the news

I am done patronizing Chipole but especially this location. The customer service is poor. Attitudes stink. The bare minimum in customer service is needed and this location doesn't care. I stood there without being greeted while the young man restocked. I expect at least a hello when walking into an establishment. I spoke to him and he mumbled hi. Also there was no one in front of me in line. Today's visit was just the last nail in the coffin. I ordered 2 bowls, only 1 with guacamole. Was charged for 2 guacamole. Was only given 2 options, wait for refund or receive the second guacamole. To save time just settled on the guacamole. The distane we received was uncalled for.The mistake was made on their part. Also my husband was asked to pay even though I was still ordering.

This has to be one of the worse Chipotle locations in the area. They make it hard to order for delivery. Paying the price you pay for double meat and getting a bowl that is so light you wonder if you got a regular portion is unacceptable. And the times I have gone in the store is no better. This location is bad for the Chipotle brand which already is struggling due to portion control. Do better!!

I just literally came out of there they are sitting there having a girl work the line by herself with a long line talking and laughing when I asked the girl at the rice part I said hi why is she working the line by her self her response was I don’t Know that is insane I wish I had pictures for proof but you can look from 9:35-10:00 you will see she worked the whole line by herself that is a shame this is my favorite chipotle but when I tell you that discussed me it really did . I had to tip the lady cause that is inSANEEEEE

They don’t change gloves, they clean, sweep, wipe down, cut up food with out washing hands or changing gloves.
They are under staffed. It takes forever to restock - over 20mins ppl were waiting

The young gentleman who rang me up who’s name says Anthony was EXTREMELY nasty and rude. First he tried to have a dispute with me about getting my law enforcement discount AFTER I provided him with my law enforcement identification & credentials. He proceeds to tell me that the manager is not there and he can not accept my ID. After that I counter which lasted about 3 minutes he put my discount in and allowed me to pay. After I paid I asked for my receipt he refused to give me my receipt and said he can not print me a receipt and the receipt that came out he MUST keep it because I used my police discount. I come to this particular location MULTIPLE times a week and have never had an issue using my discount with my law enforcement ID and I have NEVER been told I can not get my receipt. A man after me paid for his meal and was given a receipt. While the man after me is paying for his meal Anthony is still arguing with me and being extremely dismissive and rude. It was so much that the man after me told me to take a photo of my receipt that Anthony was withholding from me. I asked Anthony may I take a picture he says yes and lay the receipt down on the counter and hold it with both of his hands as if I was going to take the receipt or something. The only reason I see what his name was is because of the picture of the receipt I took. His behavior and service he exemplified is completely unacceptable and very distasteful. This experience I had yesterday was totally unnecessary and unacceptable!

This place please don't visit. One, they don't open on time. 2nd, they bring food from last night out to sell to customers. They also give more serving to their own race ( Hispanics) not charging for extra. Seen with own eyes. And question the cashier.

I ordered my food ask for Military discount I was told that only MPD Metropolitan Police gets a discount
