Where do I begin first off this Chipotle is by far one of the worst . I am a huge fan of Chipotle my family and I usually eat at a chipotle at least twice a week. Once I walked out of the restaurant I had forgot that I was in America. I rate the Cleanliness's 0, every table and seats were dirty. Service -1 the workers are very rude unless you speech Spanish. Am all for diversity but I hate it when I come to a restaurant I have to constantly repeat myself in English!!! and or have to draw out what I want just to place my order a.

Should have heeded all the other reviews. We live across the street so we ordered pick up (burrito bowl, quesadilla and a kids meal). The ONLY item that was even remotely warm was the quesadilla. I don't understand how nothing else that should have been at least warm (meat, beans, rice) was no more than room temp. DO NOT GO HERE - better choices nearby.

THE SERVICE THE FOOD AND THEY DONT REFUND IF YOU ORDER THROUGH THE APP. I ordered my food and was very disappointed. I returned the bowel mins later only to find out THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. When I got back out the car to walk my item back into the restaurant I was greeted by a rude cashier assuming she was the manager. I informed her I ordered extra steak and she acted as if I was lying. She asked repeatedly to see the order or what's my name I said my name she stated I don't remember that name. Are you serious. I showed her the order she said I don't see it I said what I was just here look at the time. She refused at first but then proceeded to ask what was the problem I told her and she had the audacity to ask if I wanted her to show me the steak after she handling money. Wow just wow. I refused the bowel because of the horrible customer service and the preparation of my food.I spoke with a customer service representative via the app and I don't know if it was a computer or a human. The rep refused to answer will I be refunded. I will for sure be posting this experience along with the nasty cashier that asked if I wanted her to show me the steak on the bowel after she was handling customer money transaction.

The food was pretty good. The service terrible. The people making the bowls was rude as if they are rushing you. The Ethiopian young lady asked me did it matter because I asked her to put the cheese on top. I stated yes it does. It does matter to me because that's how I like my bowl being made. But I'm a paying customer, why not just make it the way I prefer it. ***I THINK ILL GO ELSEWHERE MOVING FORWARD.

Absolutely terrible. All of the tables are filthy. We had to find the least dirty one to clean ourselves. Staff are dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely worst experience ever. I lost my appetite before I could take a bite. The visit ended with a bull dog walking around the facility without a service vest. I will never come here again.

This location left several things to be desired; 1st better tasting food; 2nd loss the attitude or lack of listening skills. Don't serve dry food and a poor attitude. I would visit again if the attitude was at least palatable. I gave them an extra star because the facility wasn't too dirty.
I don’t like this location food is always cold rice is undercooked if you have to go to chipotle try not to do this one
