My bowl was cold like to the point where the rice was cold, I don't trust this location I really do feel they do not handle the food properly and don't even get me started on cleaning the line. This location needs to seriously be looked over, bring in some new management or something. Also, they hold onto the salad dressings as if their life depends on it. I highly advise you go to a more cleaner location and food is handled SAFELY.

The young ladies that work here are extremely rude and not welcoming. It’s as if they make your food with an attitude. They always seem like they’re in a rush and have attitudes while making your food . This could be snappy remarks , rolling eyes , are unwelcoming tones. I would recommend another establishment .

I am almost hesitant to honestly express my dislike for the exchange I saw at this location. The supervisor was aggressively questioning an employee while customers stood in line to order. Staff were visibly uncomfortable.
My concern here is the way the staff were being treated. I don’t even want to honestly express my critiques on the food for fear that the staff may be aggressively reprimanded. If there is an infraction there should be a request to meet with the employee. Out on the floor is not the place for a supervisor to confront a subordinate.
As a working professional I believe there should be a level of professionalism, rapport and respect as it relates to being a supervisor. Treating the employees better may increase their productivity.

Let’s start at the fact they opened up 15/20 mins pasted the time they’re supposed to “10:45”.
Then when I come in you can tell the meat was at the bottom of the tin and wasn’t fresh, so I requested fresh Al Pastor Chicken.
The young lady who helped was nice. She then told the MOD/Supervisor that I requested it for him to then reply with “I’m on break, get someone else to do it” & proceeded to walk outside to smoke Marijuana at the entrance of the chipotle next to the stairs. She came back to me with the rest of the Al pastor from the night before ( assuming because it was literally about 2 scoopers left at the bottom of the pan & she came from the back with it) I am extremely disappointed! I barely even come over that side of town for MULTIPLE reasons but definitely expected better only because it was the beginning of the day. The management team needs to be replaced with people whom actually care or at least pretend to want to satisfy the customers. However as they say. When people show you who they are. Believe them!
