I don’t like this location because the service is horrible! Employees move so slow and never staff the ingredients the way they should to be productive! Plus their attitudes aren’t customer service oriented! More like robotic experiences!

Every time I go there they are out of multiple menu items.

Im not sure who the opening manager is but this location is alway out of product by 8 om. I’ve been here 3 times before and they were out of several ingredients. The staff blames the am prep but I blame the managers. Set your pm team up for success! If nothing is made get it done!

First let's start with no one wears name tags so you can't say who gave you the service. Two the young lady who was the service person had an attitude with no service with a smile the lady that was in front of me said hello no response from the server. I don't like no one fixing my food with an Attitude. And not only that you get half spoonful of ingredients. Management needs to be held accountable for this because as long as the management allows it than it's what you are going to get. The only pleasant thing out of the entire visit was the cashier and her partner in crime who had great costumer service and walking out the door. Sad that we get this type of service from our own people. Something has to change fast.

Horrible customer service. I walked in at 9:15pm and they close at 10pm. I greet everyone and since I’m not from this area and see everyone packing the food up I asked if they are still open and serving. I had to ask 3 times for a response. The lady packing the food heard me and even looked at me in the eye without responding. Her coworker sitting on a table replied yes we can still serve you food. I didn’t even bother since they showed no hospitality. I wouldn’t ever want to be served food with that type of attitude and work ethic

My bowl was cold like to the point where the rice was cold, I don't trust this location I really do feel they do not handle the food properly and don't even get me started on cleaning the line. This location needs to seriously be looked over, bring in some new management or something. Also, they hold onto the salad dressings as if their life depends on it. I highly advise you go to a more cleaner location and food is handled SAFELY.

The young ladies that work here are extremely rude and not welcoming. It’s as if they make your food with an attitude. They always seem like they’re in a rush and have attitudes while making your food . This could be snappy remarks , rolling eyes , are unwelcoming tones. I would recommend another establishment .
