Employees are unhappy and sullen.Additionally, a new chicken dish, pictured prominently on the menu board, was not available. They informed me that it hasn't been available for a while and will not be offered any time soon.They addressed me as if I should have known this information.This was my first time in this Chipotle. This is my first time this year patronizing this chain.

visit this location often; on 4/29/23 at apprx. 6 pm, I was in line. Several store employees were too playful and vulgar. This happened while a lady old enough to be their grand-mother stood in line. 2 females (young in age) and a male (same).The employees at this location are great, but they must understand that they are at work, and must project some level of professionalism. One of the females work pants was sagging in the back.Hopefully a manager sees this post and addresses...

I would have given more stars for service but it depends on who is serving you. The atmosphere can be okay and I would have given more stars but I never stay cuz it just doesn't feel welcoming but that's my opinion. So far the food that I get from there has never made me sick. It tastes pretty good every time I get it whether it's chicken, steak or something else.
