They don’t bother to say hello when greeting costumers, give out a third of a spoon of guac, and won’t mix up the burrito contents when other locations do and they pretend that they don’t understand when they do.

I got chipotle yesterday from Union Station. 12/3/25 When I got back to my job, I started eating it and the chicken was burnt and very dry. I tried to call to tell the manager but I could not get in touch with the restaurant, so that's when I decided to write this email. But that was the worst chipotle I ever had in my life, it was burnt where you could see the sear marks on the chicken and it was dry. I was disgusting as hell. I will never go there again.

Employees from a near by healthcare facility placed a catered order. When we arrived with a large cart to pick up the order, one of the associates by passed me and helped another person that came in after me. I said, excuse me, I'm here to pick up and order. After they gave me the order, we noticed we only had 10 napkins and the order was for over 20 people.I asked for more napkins and she was speaking in spanish with the napkins in her hand. She hesitatated to give is additional napkins? It is rude to speak another language in front of customers who do not speak the same language. She is not a good representation of this chipotle location. After we returned to our facility, we noticed the containers were not filled. This was also not a good representation of Chipotle..we arrived when they first opened at 11am and the food we recieved look like left overs.

It's always a pleasure to go to Chipotle. The place is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is super friendly and quick when preparing your order. The line moves fast, and I always leave satisfied. Excellent experience every time I go.

Went in for a quick lunch and left feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. The male staff member making my food was muttering under his breath, looked angry, and created such a tense atmosphere that even his coworkers seemed uneasy around him. What should have been a simple order turned into a very unnecessary disturbing interaction.

Excellent service! The people working there are very friendly and helpful, food’s fresh too. We turned to this location after being treated unprofessionally from other 2 Chipotles and we got a pleasant experience finally. Shout out to the ladies working there!

We came to this Chipotle at Union Station in Washington, D.C. around 9:15 PM, a full 45 minutes before closing, and the treatment we received was completely uncalled for. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff wanted us out as fast as possible. They were unwelcoming, rushed us through our order, and acted like serving us was a huge inconvenience.

What really made the experience worse was a tall man who was prepping food behind the counter. He was openly hostile, glaring at us, muttering rude and sarcastic comments, and creating a really uncomfortable environment. We weren’t lingering or making a mess—we just wanted to eat, and we were well within their business hours.

If you’re going to close early in spirit, then change your posted hours, because this kind of treatment is unacceptable and my children were extremely uncomfortable. We left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I will never return to this location, and I hope management takes a serious look at the way customers are being treated.

i’ve honestly just never witnessed something like this before. The staff basically bullied and made fun of the old woman who was in front of me in line because she was confused. Every time I go to this location the staff act in a completely unprofessional manner that frankly is not a way people should treat other people let alone the way a business should treat customers. This is beyond a customer service issue, it’s about basic kindness and respect. Chipotle corporate needs to step in and do something about this location.

Store location is so confusing that it doesn’t tell exactly where it is located. On google maps, its looping in circles and there were no markers or guide that tells where store is located. Even directories, not in serial order!
