I have never experienced worse customer service at a Chipotle or any other fast food restaurant. One of the workers was yelling at us when we tried to order and fully refused to give another woman what she asked for because she was “too slow”. They also had their AirPods in and did not acknowledge us whatsoever. I would recommend going anywhere else, or maybe the one upstairs has better service. Chipotle- do better. Who is managing this place?

The other day I watched an employee of the neighboring Chick-Fil-A fall on her face in the middle of the court. As my colleague helped her up, I ran to this Chipotle asking if we could get a cup of water for her. They told me “she doesn’t work here, go ask CFA”The inhumanity is beyond deplorable.

The workers behind the counter here are the most rude I have ever encountered at a Chipotle. Didn’t want to give me a lettuce base even though they had some left, stopped halfway through preparing my bowl without explanation and made me wait (they were just talking with each other, not busy with other work)

Possibly the worst chipotle I've ever been to. My burrito was about half the thickness of a normal chipotle burrito and they forgot to include the chips with my kids' meal.
Always dirty inside. The workers and managers are super consistent with having tons of attitude.They always short me with the portions. Once I got half a scoop of steak and the manager still tried to charge me for double meat. One of the overweight troglodytes working there is always being unpleasant. Last time I went, I walked out after she barked at me for simply asking for more rice than the small scoop she rationed me. She seemed surprised that I left mid-order as if her presentation alone wasn’t a good enough reason to leave.
