If I could give zero stars I would. The order arrived quickly and accurately. That’s where the positives end. The bowls were so light the my almost felt empty and the guac was old, brown, and tasted rotten. It was inedible. When we order in person things are great but this location systematically and repeatedly cheats delivery orders by under filling bowls and now serving spoiled guac. It’s shameful and what’s worse is they don’t give you an option to speak with a rep, just the AI chat feature that blows you off. Would not recommend.

While ordering my bowl they tried to charge me for extra chicken when he didn't give me extra chicken nor did I asked for extra chicken. The lady also put cheese on my burrito and got mad when I asked her to remake it. When I complained about this the manager said we're going to just refund her her money throw it in the trash. When I asked why wasn't I being served she said that she doesn't have to deal with something like this. It definitely felt racially motivated. I came in there to purchase just like everyone else. If I wanted extra chicken I would have asked for it and if I had asked for it I wouldn't have any problems paying for it at all. I definitely don't recommend this location. And I think about it is they tried to be sneaky and do it wasn't going to try to give me my receipt. If I hadn't asked for my receipt I wouldn't have even known that they were charging me for something that I didn't get nor did I asked for.

It’s always the same, you have the possibility to redeem the points online to place an order but after discounting them it says that there is an error and it is not possible to carry it out. Where do my points go? Because then the workers do nothing to solve it and it’s already the 3rd time I’ve tried it in different establishments. Of course it’s a problem with the app.

Worst chipotle you could ever go to veryyy rude , makes fun of you , judges you , the employeee just are terrible and they should do something about it before they lose customers. If you want a good service go to the other chipotle, 5is one is just the worst.

Today, at approximately 12:27 PM, I visited your Chipotle location and requested a kid’s taco. The Latina employee with the red lipstick who assisted me immediately frowned. When I asked for an extra small tortilla, she remarked in Spanish to her colleagues, “Make sure you charge her. Is she getting a kid’s meal?” I replied that is fine, as I always pay for the extra tortilla. Realizing that she didn’t know I understood Spanish, she rolled her eyes before starting to make my bowl. I decided to leave, as I did not want to spend my money where I felt disrespected.

I strongly recommend that your employees receive additional training in customer service, as this was an unpleasant experience. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed by the employee’s behavior. It is crucial to address this issue, as my colleagues and I have observed similar biased and discriminatory attitudes at this location.
