As a foreigner, dining here felt like watching an American TV show with the staff’s loud chatter adding to the vibe. The food was delicious, but the downside was that I couldn’t adjust the volume.

Ridiculous to charge $1.50 for extra rice which is basically like a scoop of rice. The staff here have been very rude. They also mixed a piece of meat (plant sourced or not) in one of the veggie bowls we ordered. They replaced the bowl though.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came with my two friends and the staff here was not welcoming or nice to us at all. The man that was serving my friend dropped meat all on the counter then proceeded to pick it up with his hands and put it in her bowl. He balled up her tortilla and shoved it in a piece of tin foil. Then when I went to order I asked for a quesadilla and he said he couldn’t make the quesadilla because it was a mobile order option only and he couldn’t make me one.

I was out with my girlfriend and she needed to use the restroom so we stopped in and asked for the code to the bathroom. The two ladies at the front told me that I had to buy something to use the restroom. First, They were rude and nonchalant. And second, that policy is a load of crap. It really is cruel to deny someone the restroom because they didn’t buy anything first…

Chipotle is always amazing, until I came to this location, food doesn’t hit the same as every other Chipotle would, staff disrespectful, especially the lady with the red dreads. Worst Chipotle that’s in a very populated area.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT DON’T TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!
I just came from there and I had just an awful experience that I just have to share…
So I pretty went there and got my usual a burrito bowl and a side tortilla. My first impression of the place was that it was pretty dirty inside and also it sounded like they ain’t had much of anything (and they were giving very little portions of food which is crazy) but I told myself to still be positive and still order. When my food was done I was rung up by “Amisha” *i’m going to assume because it’s on the receipt* and when I walked away to a table I checked my bag per usual and the tortilla wasn’t in the bag so I go to the counter and told her to which she reply’s “oh, it’s in there just look” to which I reply “I don’t think it is cause I just checked, unless you put it under the bowl” she assures me sounding confident and a bit sassy that it’s in the bag; I don’t like to argue so I pulled out the bowl and the receipt and showed her the empty bag “nope, it’s not in there” I said.. She then turns to an employee who was at the beginning of the line talking about it and looking at me, then she carries on with other peoples orders. So now i’m pretty much sitting here like “I just asked for the tortilla that I just paid for, what’s going on??”. My friend who I’m with asks what’s going on and before I could reply she butts in asking “so are you going to buy another tortilla?” I then ask “I beg your pardon?” then she replies the question she asks again, I re-explained the situation then mentions that my other friend mentioned how one of the employees put a tortilla in her bag for “free”. This women then replies with “then go get it from your friend then” rolls her eyes and goes on her phone.. I’m now here shocked by the way that she just replied to me but once again I am not a person to start something so I just replied “okay” then walked off.
The experience that I had was just down right horrible and I will never go there again. It’s crazy too because I just got off work so I understand dealing with people I guess like me (who really just wanted one thing and was kind about it lol) or just people who are down right rude. Firstly the customer is always right just give them what they want and continue on (that’s how you can tell who is new to customer service jobs or fast food and whose not) also just be kind to people, you never know what’s going on with them or the day they been through. As i stated, I will not be back again but I hope that the employee can read this and not only learn something from that but also maybe she should be trained again…
Amisha do better girlie.

Unclean and old food at 11:30am, which means it’s at least day old. I should have walked out when I saw that it was empty. Avoid.
