Chipotle Mexican Grill

As food prices go higher it seems that quantity is going lower . At least for some of us. I came to this location for dinner and watched the server skimply place the food in my bowl. Only to my surprise another customer came in behind me and she loaded her bowl like they were giving away food . She almost knocked over the young lady that was finishing off my bowl with the toppings. Not sure what I have to do to get preferential treatment but I see that this location does not play fair . I would like to file a formal complaint because I had a rice bowl and it is not fair .

The food has absolutely no flavor. None of it.

Terrible burrito, poor flavors and ingredients! The chicken and black bean rice burrito made me nauseous shortly after. I believe it was the low quality chicken!
I would this operation.

Out of every Chipotle I’ve visited on earth this one always tastes amazing…it’s the only chipotle I trust. The staff is hella friendly and accommodating!

This chipotle never gets the order right.

One of the worst chipotles in the DMV. Def don’t order online if you want balanced ingredients. They don’t care if you eat nothing but rice and sour cream for half your meal the way they roll burritos and the way they kill you with rice but slack on all other ingredients. The chicken is always un- or under-seasoned. They act like people are allergic to cheese. One tablespoon of cheese for your whole meal. If this is fast casual, the casual part is how the staff make your food.

20 years of Chipotle leaves me not fully impressed and much fatter 😪 😕 😅😅.

The kids love it, and ain't fried, so there's that. The employees have grown meaner over time even though the are compensated well. (Especially the Hispanic ones). So, I tend to never have a good experience here. I guess everyone is meaner in general in life. Not sure why. We need to heal from our trauma and not pass it on to fellow employees and customers. I came to the Chipotle 5mins before closing, and the door was locked. When I someone came to the door, I told them I wanted to order food, the said they were only accepting doordash orders at the time, and someone in charge told them that were no longer taking walk-in customers before closing time.
