I came to the Chipotle 5mins before closing, and the door was locked. When I someone came to the door, I told them I wanted to order food, the said they were only accepting doordash orders at the time, and someone in charge told them that were no longer taking walk-in customers before closing time.

The food was good, and it hit the spot exactly. There was no long line, so I was served within minutes. It was also comfortably cool inside bcuz it was very hot that day. I enjoyed my meal to the fullest in peace, quiet, and comfort!

This is the only place I know that charges u for a side of sour cream. If I don't have it on my meal why am I paying extra. It's to hot to be putting it on my meal if I'm not eating it right away. This is ridiculous..

I just went to this place and the lady making my bowl in that time she wipes off the station with the same gloves she’s making my food with then she put the cheese in my bowl I asked her did you just use the same gloves you just wipe off this station to put my cheese in my bowl she looking at me stupid I think that was so dirty and nasty

Latina Lady gave me one dressing and wasn’t friendly. She was dismissive, and wouldn’t give me more salad dressing when I had 2 meals. She also threw the bag nd wouldn’t hand it to me. I was goin to pay for them but she rushed me out. Clearly angry. Then I got another wrath from my wife who the order was for. I blame the Latina Lady at the register. Just give me the dressing. She just wanted dressing for her meal. It wasn’t that serious. You didnt hve to make my order. Only had to bag and add salad dressing. Terrible service.

I’ve ordered delivery multiple times and my order has been wrong and missing items every time. This time they missed two orders of guacamole. The service or attention to detail or caring about the customer experience is nonexistent.

Just finished my burrito and damn was it good. This is by far the best chipotle in the city. Way better than Navy yard and Howard’s chipotle. Every time I come here it’s clean the food is prepared well and it just tastes way better. We are in southeast you’d think this chipotle would be the one nobody wants to go to but nope this is the best one. Don’t let it go down the tubes.
