I am a person who LOVES Chipotle and will spend a ton of my money here with no hesitation; however, as of late I have been very disappointed. The reason being is because they started to charge for extra rice to be put in the bowl. I understand that maybe more rice is too much, BUT they are starting to only put 2 half scoops of rice in the bowl, forcing me to ask for more rice. I went in today (8.9.21) during lunch time to order 2 bowls for my friend and I and the girl literally only put a half of scoop and when I asked for more she said it was extra, which was FINE, but she then only put another baby scoop of rice. Next she then continued to whisper to her coworker in Spanish, as if I could not understand and I did, that more rice was added but failed to mention how she barely put in any in the first place. I can no longer come here and the whole experience has left a very horrid taste in my mouth

Consistently 10-15 minutes behind on pickup orders. Ordering in-store is much faster. After waiting around, they ask your name and make it on the spot. This is rushed and they almost always get the order wrong. Used to be a good location, not sure if it is because of COVID, but I would steer clear for now.

Terrible customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes to get up to the counter and order a chicken quesadilla to the be told that I can only order a quesadilla online. You’re telling me that if a paying customer is standing in front of you, you won’t take their order and then suggest to them next time to order online?? I walked out of the door and took my business elsewhere and will likely not bring my business back.
Today ordered a steack bowl, it was the worst food I have ever had! Too salty! Avocado was old and I found a BIG piece of avocado pill in my mouth! Very disgusting! Couldn't eat the rest of it. Horrible! Never chipotle again!!!

I was visiting from Baltimore looking for a quick bite to eat for the night, stopped in here and the young man working the front was very standoffish. He basically plopped my food in the bowl as I told what I wanted and it was a mess when I got it to my hotel room. Won't be back to this Chipotle.
