Chipotle Mexican Grill

Idk they where out of lettuce still got charged the 10.12 $ for a burrito bowl and was going to get a extra tortilla .25 cents yeah they charge the tortilla even though it was free ever since chipotle open in dupont. they should have at least lower the price for the bowl if they are out of items though. Just saying. Also idk where they got the idea of the extra tortilla being a trick im getting trick as a customer because i am buying a burrito bowl a burrito has what a tortilla. So the company will have to change the name of the burrito bowl to a power bowl or a bowl and take out burrito bowl.

I ordered a bowl with extra everything, including extra meat (which I paid 3.50 more for). When I went to the register, the staff somehow managed to give me the wrong order, even while I was watching them wrap the bag. I came home with a bowl that wasn't mine. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

All good. We dined in and was good and fresh and plentiful

Meh. The food was okay, but I think there was more guac in my salad than lettuce. Everything in this place seems designed to be powerwashed-- like they got the same cleaning company that does the middle school and the jail cafeteria. The tables were dirty, the people were not friendly, and the fountain drink options were like I was at a McDonalds in 1992. I wouldn't say any of this was particularly bad-- it just wasn't that good, either.

They're usually pretty efficient with fresh ingredients at this location.

You know clearly what to expect: a plenty of good food for a fair price. Not the best Mexican but fullfil the intended purpose.

Would definitely recommend trying out this place. Great vibes, flavorful food, great customer service. Keep up the good work.

I’m sorry to leaving to this reviews food and everything is so good and fresh service also so fast but they are so rude.i have been going there since about a year becoz I’m working around here but they disrespect for customer her name was melany and they don’t care about customer I will never come back again.....

The food was fresh and great. I visit there often.Service is always good, and friendly. Place is always clean!

Food was fine, service friendly. Atmosphere was nonexistent, unfinished concrete floors and metal chairs and tables.

The staff in this Chipotle outlet is not very friendly. At least the day I have been there. They let my food sit at the countertop for several minutes while preparing prior orders, which is not a big deal but at least put a lid on the food!
