They are rude, they didn't let me use the bathroom, you talk to them and they laugh at you in your face, they are the worst, I personally recommend that you don't go, they are the worst thing in my life, I'm going to step into that Chipotle again, they don't deserve even a star, they better close it.

On two separate occasions visiting this restaurant, I experienced terrible customer service from the same rep who was working here. The first experience was on a Friday evening around 8:30pm. After placing my order this rep took his time cleaning and making other orders before ringing me up, despite having 3 other coworkers there doing the same thing. As the lobby filled with more guests, he abruptly announced the lobby is closed and everyone's order has to be "to go,” even though the restaurant doesn’t close till 11pm. I figured, maybe he had a bad day, so I left and went over to RASA (similar concept) instead. I came back a different day thinking maybe things would be different. Unfortunately the same guy was working the evening shift again. 30 minutes before closing, he says he can't serve my to go order because they are short staffed. Mind you there were only 2 orders in front of me with plenty of food left, yet he refused to accept mine. I left upset and decided to let the store manger know about this the next morning. However, she couldn't care less and blamed his bad service on lack of staff. The problem is not the staff shortage, but rather the attitude of the staff working there. Quality employees make a big difference in business. I can’t support this Chipotle due to their lack of quality customer service. Instead, I've gone next door to Rasa for meals and will keep doing so until this gets addressed.

I came here to get food and they barely put enough food in the bowl, it was like I got half of what I paid for. Just disappointed overall. I don't know if I'll be coming back here.

I went to this chipotle as an exhausted fellow service worker for a quick to-go burrito after a long shift. I understand it was late, but it was still 15 minutes before closing and I just wanted a burrito to go. They had already started closing down, despite being inside business hours, and I was told that there were no tortillas left for a burrito. That they were out of tortillas, at a chipotle.
I said I understood and thank you anyway, and got back in the car. Before driving off, I saw them pull out a tortilla and start making a burrito. So, I went back in to double check that they could not make a burrito. I asked if they truly had no more burritos, while looking at the tortilla they had clearly taken out after. They looked me dead in the eye, and said no, “this is the last tortilla” WHILE MAKING THEMSELVES A BURRITO. I didn’t realize burritos were saved for staff over paying customers, and I assume they were still being paid for those hours. To so blatantly lie when I see the burrito right there, is a customer experience that left me insulted. A very disappointing experience, 0/10. This was at 10:45pm on 1/29.

Totally disappointed. The person that greeted me was pleasant, but the lady who completes the order area was dirty, and the food on display needed to be replenished. The pork carnitas had too much water, which made the soft tortillas extra soggy and sticking together. The food was just cold.

I went to purchase tortillas only the Manager on duty stated they don't sell tortillas. I informed her that not only have I purchased tortillas alone I purchased them at that location before. When I asked if I could purchase them individually she said yes. She then proceeded to remove them from the pack angrily stating she could only sell them to me if she folds and wraps them in foil she then began ripping them apart from the stack to the point where I could see the tortillas splitting to then ball them up wrap and fold them stating they were going to break. It appeared she was trying to break them intentionally balling and folding them up hard and pressing creases into the tortillas as she folded them awkwardly. I decided I didn't want to pay for what she did to those tortillas and as I walked out of the establishment she began to yell loudly to cause a scene "SO YOU DONT WANT THE TORTILLAS ANYMORE OK WOW!" I didn't engage as clearly she was going through something she wanted to take me through but if she felt as though the tortillas she wrapped were perfectly fine she could have unwrapped them and used them for another customer. I didn't get her name but she was a young woman light skin dark curly hair slim build bilingual that identified herself as the manager. There are far too many Chipotles in the area for her to behave like this and honestly I only order the tortillas from this location because the food is never good here and my daughter complains of upset stomach every time we would order from this location which is why I stopped. The service used to be good but unfortunately this location has gone downhill as it pertains to professionalism on the management level. I never had problems with the staff at this location until today I see now there is no continuity and this manager could benefit from retraining. The overall upkeep of the restaurant could also use attention it never appears to be clean or in the process of being cleaned when I am there in the dining area or where the drink fountain and condiments are it's like they have given up and are only there to collect a check at this location.

The place is not bad, but the people who run it are detestable, a Hispanic woman. Who I think is the manager, she treated my family very badly, I will never go back there again

I walked in to the establishment and I needed to use the bathroom kinda bad so I seen an empty and I asked for the code to the bathroom she looked me in my face and said in order for me to use the bathroom I have to be a customer , I informed her that I was an customer and she replied how do I know that !! Kinda blew my mind that my own people could be so racist towards another black man . So I asked another lady for the code she was polite and gave it to me with out question . I used the bathroom came back out and ordered my food , when I was done paying I asked to talked to the manger and she really didn’t have any thing better to say she told me you are not allowed to use the bathroom unless you are a paying customer witch makes no sense to me chipotle has never been this way it’s kinda crazy to me but I won’t be going back to this chipotle I don’t like being racially profiled

Terrible service??At 10:05pm they sent my family and I out for not wanting to clean 1/10 and they didn't even let us eat inside. I don't recommend it

Terrible! Both service and the quality of the food need improvement. Staff are very discriminating towards guests based on race. This happened to myself and employees of mine from a nearby business.

This location chipotle employees needs training on how to handle customers. Paying to get good service. While customers are in line to order food employees don't care they just do some other things and treat us bad. They discriminate customers who wants to use toilet rooms after purchase. This problem need to be solved immediately.
