Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered 2 ultimate protein bowls or whatever they're called. The bowls were packed and freshly made. Orders Queso and chips on the side. This is the size of queso ? For $5 is ridiculous but not surprised. The employees at this store are not friendly at all!! The lady who gave me out bag of food looked bothered that we showed up to pick up the food, gave us a dirty look as we walked in with a service guide dog.

Man… it’s been a long ride — day 6 of trying to fly out from DC to MIA to SJO, but destiny had a detour for me today. I stopped by this corner store, and let me tell you… Yaya and Justin passed the trial of water, but this time it was with a lemonade that hit straight to the soul 🍋🔥

From the moment I walked in, their energy was real — no fake smiles, no rush, just genuine people showing love and customer service that most big chains could only dream of. Yaya kept it calm and kind, making sure I got exactly what I needed, and Justin held it down like a true professional, repping the store and the community with pride.

These two deserve a raise and recognition — they’re the reason spots like this stay alive and make DC feel like home even when the travel plans don’t go right.

Chipotle never disappoints! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the team here is friendly and efficient. This location definitely gets busy around lunchtime, so expect a bit of a line, but it moves quickly. The only challenge is parking—it can be tough. Overall, worth it for the great food and service.

Don’t order on the App!
I order 2 bowls and a burrito, there were no chicken in neither meals! When trying to report on App it’s giving you the run and around! Highly disappointed

The amount of food she put in the bowl was enough to feed my 2yr old just fine. Yet the food was for a 16yr old. I had to ask for more of everything. Like, I'm a grown woman, where is the meat!? Lol I wouldn't go back to this location. No parking either, I got a ticket for being double parked!

Bad customer customer service .. asked for a quesadilla and automatically i was told only online ? Then why have it on the full blown menu? Only had. 15 minute break and wanted me to order online when they have everything to make it in front of them! Bad call from employee sometimes not everyone has l enough time to order food online.. if Items are presented in The store as online.. then they should be made fresh for the customer

A piece of metal was stuck in their chicken, I took a bite and it is now stuck in my gum. I am extremely upset.

I was very unhappy with the service because it was extremely slow it was only one person working at the cash register at the same time she was serving the food. I think that the mánager should make sure there is enough people to cover the shift the line was very long we wait for a long time in line but everybody was very patience because it was only one person working and we were able to understand. The person working maybe because she was stress out but she also had an actitud, but other than that the food was perfect.
