I walked in and placed a takeout order at 7pm on 3/9/26 and it didn't seem busy. I paid an extra $1.79 to add corn salsa to my tropical chicken bowl but it was not added. I tried to call multiple times and days to let them know but the phone number just gives a message they can't take my call and to call back. Very disappointing as we come here often living nearby. We regularly get the chicken salad and other market items with no issues.

I've been here a couple of times. maybe it was just too bad days. but both times I went here they acted like no one should have to serve you. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order and waited for someone to take my order and waited for someone to take my order. and during this time two workers were constantly working behind the counter but never said a word to me. when they did that to me in my second visit I just left without ordering. Needs better management or Friendlier staff. I won't be back.

A fine place for a quick lunch, but not anything to write home about. Food & flavors were just okay; watch out for bones in the salmon. They do have a little grab & go market of snacks and drinks if that's something you need while in the area.

Food was fresh but I got a bowl with Salmon that was clearly reheated as it was fishy and had multiple bones. You order on tablets but the staff was friendly. Fresh drinks were interesting but ultimately underwhelmed a little.

Extremely overpriced and shoddy business practices. $18 for a “large” steak add on, gifts you a few sad pieces of over cooked flank. That’s an $18 add on charge to an already $20 pile of cheap kale in a small bowl. Go elsewhere and let businesses like this die the slow death they deserve.

Food tastes like dry leftovers that were served cold. Nasty and not worth the price at all.

The place was dirty unkept. The folks working there were not friendly. On the menu screen a pop-up came out that their Verizon bill was not paid, so internet service was turned off!
We Will NOT be returning! They probably will not be around for long. Need to work on cleanliness & customer service!

I usually have no complaints but i am BIG on customer service and unfortunately i pretty much dread going there to get food because of the experience. There is this one man who works there who acts like he hates his job every time i go in there… and also acts like I'm inconveniencing him when i make an order on the kiosk…literally never speaks and when he hands me my food its so awkward and uncomfortable EVERY TIME. sadly he makes me feel like i cant even ask any questions on anything on the menu - Not sure of his name because he acts like he cant talk or ever be nice but he's a shorter hispanic man who wears his hat backwards.

On another note , i finally tried the soup the other day for lunch , it was the potato chowder… waste of money … Again it was CHOWDER… i get back to my job to realize its practically water with pieces of potato.. absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I also tried the cold spicy chicken noodle pasta they have and gross never again.

In conclusion i love the breakfast sandwiches but again me and my co workers dread going to spend our money because the lack of customer service. Theres a tall Caucasian man who sometimes is at the register he’s the nicest one in there it’s a pleasure seeing him and the young lady who is at the register sometimes aswell.

ChopSmith kept coming up in my search, so I decided to give it a try. As someone who loves salads, I was excited to finally check it out.

What I liked:
• The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the atmosphere was relaxed.
• I enjoyed being able to watch my salad being made behind the glass.
• The ingredients looked fresh, and the ChopSmith salad was flavorful and filling.

What concerned me:
• One employee, while wearing gloves, was touching their face, rubbing their eyes and nose, and then attempted to make my salad.
• I requested they change their gloves, which they did, but it made me uncomfortable.
• Wearing gloves doesn’t guarantee cleanliness, and this is something staff need to be trained on and reminded of.

Recommendation:
I would still recommend ChopSmith for the quality of the food, but I urge management to place a stronger focus on hygiene and food safety practices, especially since everything is made in plain view.

The sandwiches and salad was lacking flavor. Everything looked great but was very meh. The most flavorful item we had was a bag of chips. Service was slow and not wanting to be there. I asked for drink cups and the cashier accused me of only ordering one drink when I asked for the other two cups. After checking the receipt a fourth the cashier noticed she missed it then wanted to verify the name on the order. Definitely had higher hopes but not worth eating here for food I would expect from the local hospital cafeteria. Had to clean the table and seats before sitting down, which is expected if they were busy but the three people leaning on the counter need to step up

No Customer Service there when we went to get a late lunch. The hamburgers we ordered, we thought they would be great!!! Not true! Stay away from the hamburgers there! They were cold inside, like they were old and they tried microwaving them. One of the hamburgers, the cheese wasn't even melted on them! ALL the tables were dirty and when telling them this they didn't care, so we had to clean one of the tables and seats for us to use. Again, if you want to order hamburgers you will be better off going elsewhere! At least going to a fancy restaurant the server comes to your table and makes sure all is good. Do not recommend this place. When we were almost done eating, someone finally started cleaning the dirty tables!

I got it from door dash. I paid for two different cheeses. I got one of each maybe. Instead of 4 slices, 2 of each. I also got the outer part of the onion you cannot chew. I asked for extra mayo/sauce. That didn’t happen either. I had to add my own. Other than that, I might order again.

I ordered via DoorDash because I wasn’t feeling well and was very disappointed when both of my sandwiches arrived with sauce on them, despite my request for no mayo or aioli due to allergies. I then made the effort to walk 15 minutes to the restaurant expecting the issue to be corrected, but to my surprise, the staff refused to remake either sandwich. This lack of service and disregard for both my allergy and the inconvenience I experienced was extremely frustrating and disheartening. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers should feel confident that their dietary needs will be respected and that mistakes will be corrected with care.
