Written and posted Jan., 27, 2026—when snow covered the DMV area. I'd a superb transacted with Natalie who surpringly worked. Her interaction was humorous and informative, specially about the food she served. I felt like a king. I'll be returning back for her warm and genuine service. This Chopt location is my favorite! All the staff are warm and welcoming and my salads are ALWAYS perfect!

Where do I begin.... I recently moved my office location and today I ordered my salad as I normally do, almost daily. After I paid for my salad I noticed that I purchased the salad at my old office location and my new location and address were not on the order. I immediately called the store and the staff person, Ms. Yammy, remembered my name and salad. As I sat in my office flustered and didn't know what to do, Yammy fixed everything and immediately had my salad sent to my new office. I was so grateful and happy that not only did she resolve my issue, but she remembered me and valued me as a long time customer. This location will forever be my favorite and I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area. 🫶🏽☺️

Yammi was very warm and welcoming. She made sure to greet us with a smile and had amazing customer service. I asked for create your own and she was the first to ever ask if I wanted a bowl or salad. I have been a supporter for serval years and stopped going because customer service was decreasing. She made me want to come back by her outstanding service today!

Angel has the best customer service in the entire store. His personality is wonderful. His greeting is always bright and smiley and his flare for helping customers choose the best salad dressing is over and above kudos to him and he deserves promotion and all the stars.

I feel like they must be kind of slow at this location because everytime I order pickled red onions on my DoorDash order they put purple cabbage. Something not right over there fr

I really enjoyed my meal here. I am Muslim so I do not like certain foods touching. The ladies did great in making sure no bacon or other food was mixed in with my salad. The manager even went so far as to pull certain toppings from the back. I will definitely be back. Delicious!
