Service at this location is pretty bad. For the second time in so two months, I've walked 10 minutes from my office, stood in line for 5 minutes, only to get to the ordering spot and be told they are out of grains. It's incredibly frustrating to waste 20 minutes of my lunch time because the crew can't seem to prepare enough of the ingredient that's in half of their menu items. On top of that, the staff always seems annoyed that people are ordering food. Then you get the register and it prompts you for a tip on top of a $14 salad. The food is good but bad service and the expectation of a tip for doing the bare minimum is the reason I'm not going back to Chopt.

This is the best Chopt in DC. The atmosphere feels welcoming and when you walk in I was greeted by two respectful employees of this establishment. I am a vegan and sometimes my options are limited so Karen and Yessica guided me to pick the Chopt Greek with Falafel. They were very fast and very efficient. They took good care of me and I left Chopt satisfied. The salad was delicious, the establishment was clean, & I would rate 10/10!!! Everyone should come down to eat at this Chopt.
