You would never expect this on top of an AC hotel but this intimate venue was perfect. Jazz night on a Tuesday, not crowded, indoor/outdoor rooftop.\n\nJust had drinks but what a cheery spot that is laid back and caters more to guests of DC than to 'employees'. Give it a try.

I came for Tuesday night Jazz night and was delighted to hear covers from Bobby Caldwell to Gnarls Barkley and more. The vibes were absolutely immaculate.
In terms of drinks and food, very impressed. Ciel has a French theme going on right now and we ordered the Claire de Lune and La Passion cocktails and they were sweet, smooth, and still packed a punch. For food, we ordered the steak tartines, airplane...
