After my meeting, I was headed back to my hotel room and I spotted this little bakery. It was open and I went in to buy the sticky buns. I know it is just a chain, but I had a craving and the buns satisfied the craving.

Cinnabon at Union Station is pure, frosted temptation—one whiff and suddenly you’re surrendering 880 calories, 58g of sugar, and nearly a full day’s saturated fat in a single roll. Sure, regular trips might spike your blood pressure, clog arteries, and risk diabetes, especially for middle-aged men—but who wants longevity when flavor can be this glorious?
