We had brunch at that Navy Yard location before a Nats game. Menu was varied and great options. Shrimp and grits was outstanding as were the turkey burger and southern chicken Benedict. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience.

Came to Circa at Navy Yard with my wife before the FIFA game and sat at the bar. We had the shotgun shrimp to start, then shared the braised short ribs and scallops; both were great. Walter, our bartender, recommended the bread pudding and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. Definitely coming back.

Maybe the DC area wants to to offer you the European experience or maybe Circa just had poor service providers. We waited forever to order and even longer for our food to arrive. Then we were ignored throughout the meal and had to ask for the check even though it was obvious that we were done. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Circa Navy Yard is our go-to place to grab drinks and dinner before a Nats game. The food is great, the service is welcoming and attentive and the beer / wine selection is fantastic! And everything is very reasonably-priced as well!

Food overall was decent. Flatbread - delicious. Fried calamari had more fried vegetables than calamari. Service was manic and forgetful. Closed at 9:30 PM but was told last call for food and drink at 8:45. Didn't expect our 8:15 reservation would put us in that much of a pinch.

Great place for a business meeting. The server was friendly, attentive and brought the food quickly. Nice salad options with protein which I love! Also it was a quiet environment for a private meeting. Definitely enjoyed it and will come back!
