I was in-town for Howard University's Homecoming and wanted to have lunch with friends and family so my wife picked CIRCA at Navy Yard. It was a great choice. Our server Febe was AMAZING! We asked for suggestions from the menu and she went through the full menu with suggestions from each section and she was completely on-point. She was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and attentive to everyone's orders and requests. The food was delicious. Around the table we ordered the Brussels Sprouts, Chicken Wings, Steak Fries, Wagyu Meatball Sliders, Blackened Chicken Mango Salad, Veg + Quinoa Bowl w/ Salmon, and Shotgun Shrimp for lunch. The food was so tasty, we returned at dinner for Turkey Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries! I highly recommend CIRCA for a first time visit and return visit ✅🛎️🥰‼️

Food was pretty good. I’d eat here again however nothing I ate was out of this world. Our server was awesome and funny I want to say her name was Sarah. The salmon was good, I traded the original items for mashed potatoes and broccolini instead of what it came with. My partner ordered the Mac n cheese (it’s not seasoned so the bacon helps) and the shotgun shrimp appetizer they said it was great. And my mom had the jambalaya which I’ve also had before I highly recommend this dish! The sausage is great, if you don’t like any spice at all take the sausage out.

Cristie was amazing! Every recommendation she gave was spot on. Her smile is contagious and we really enjoyed her. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the brussel sprout appetizer. I also had the blackened chicken mango salad. The bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream… highly recommend! Will be coming back
