We spent the day touristic and wanted a good meal for dinner. Clyde's was near a tour bus stop so we checked it out. Service was excellent! We ordered two entrees: fish & chips and a turkey sandwich with Caesar salad. Both were good but save room for dessert because the apple tartlet is is extra good and the pumpkin cheesecake is amazing! Desserts are on the Fall menu.

We had an absolutely wonderful birthday dinner at Clyde’s! From start to finish, the service, food, and atmosphere were top-notch. The menu had a fantastic variety — something for everyone — and the craft cocktails were creative and perfectly made.
Our server, Charles (Chuck), made the evening extra special. He was personable, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and drink pairings. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made us feel like VIPs the whole night.
The sweetest touch was when Chuck surprised us with a beautifully plated birthday dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that made the night even more memorable.
Highly recommend Clyde’s for any special occasion or just a great night out. We’ll definitely be back!

No matter how busy it is at Clydes the personal service and attention by the wait staff as well as the managerial staff is outstanding! We visit the restaurant on Capitals game days and it is jammed packed. Despite the busyness, we always feel like we are family members when we go. Bushra, our waitress is so kind, so personable, and so good at her job that we ask for her every time we go.  She remembers our order without asking. The general manager, Koli, is there for every Capitals game. He greets all of the guests and engages them with conversation. It is easy to see how that type of attention gets passed down to the staff! I highly recommend this restaurant, but you do need to make reservations well in advance if you plan to go on a day there is a function at Capital One Arena.

I return every October with a group of Iraq War Army Veterans during Army Convention Week. Always great service, food, and drinks. Ask for Amber. She was dynamite!
