I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were very patient with me as I decided what I wanted. They also made my custom ice cream cake and took their time on editing and personalizing the photo they placed on the cake. The detail, creativity, service, knowledge and quality is unmatched! Special recognition to Jingo the owner as he created the masterpiece! I highly recommend this location!

I recently visited Cold Stone at Cleveland Park, and it was an amazing experience! I tried the Founder’s Favorite, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
The staff was warm and welcoming, generously offering samples and providing great recommendations. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting.
