I walked in and right back out once I saw a small for $10+. Those prices are insane. They have a sign that says they are under new management. Well they are going to manage themselves out of business.
These prices are so stupid. Basically all three sizes are within a dollar of each other and that price is like TEN DOLLARS. TEN DOLLARS FOR A SMALL. Two smallest size ice creams costed us $24. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming back.
Absolutely absurd pricing!! Over 10 dollars for the SMALLEST size. I will not be returning to this location.
This is the most expensive cold stone I’ve ever seen. Over $10 for a small!
So expensive!!!! And so unreasonable. Is there an issue with your freezer? The ice cream I bought is Melt!
Amazing experience manager gave us great hospitality
Best service & delicious ice cream !
Paid $20 for an ice cream because the dumb cashier charged me $10 extra for sprinkles!!! Never going to cold stone again!
Great Ice cream but expensive! One small Ice cream for 10$!
Horribly expensive. We asked if they do kids’ sizes as that’s what we normally order from other cold stone creameries for our toddler-aged kids. They apparently don’t do that size here. The pricing makes no sense here. $10.39 for like it, thirty cents more for love it, and just ten cents more than that for gotta have it. With such minimal differences in pricing you might as well get the biggest size which is double in size than the smallest size. Factor in DC’s 10% sales tax and you’re looking at a $12 ice cream cup when all is said and done. Or $50 for a family of four. This is so ridiculous when there are better handcrafted ice cream places just down the street. I will not be visiting here again.
Additionally, they served us the scrapings off the last bit of ice cream in the container. They had brought out a brand new container of ice cream and couldn’t even be bothered to serve us from that. The worker literally spent three minutes scraping the sides of the ice cream in the old pan to get us our order. She went back to it twice to try to get more from the edges. It was all melted and goopy by the time we got it. Not worth $12 for a single cup of old ice cream at all.

Cold Stone Creamery in DC was an absolute delight! Abi provided exceptional service, making the visit even more enjoyable. I tried the Coffee Lovers Only ice cream, and it was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with roasted almonds, Heath Bar, and caramel. I can't wait to go back!
I buyer 55 dollars cake and told her to write the name on the cake but she take 20 min to write the name the lady wash taking other costomer but not doing my thing just have to write the name
Very very bad service
Magically delicious! Lucky charms flavor was yummy and creamy smooth. The service is always excellent and a joy to come visit. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.
Great service but the product left much to be desired and was way overpriced. Took our grandson for an ice cream treat. Had no idea between the expense of parking, even with validation it was $10 for less than an hour, and the cost of the 3 cups of ice cream plus small tip, it would be a $48 outing. The strawberry ice cream has no flavor at all. Won’t be back.
