I really appreciate what the staff have done for my son birthday.. I need a pokemon cake and some said need 5 days to do a cake but Reina the manager from cold stone did me a pokemon cake with a daytime. It is really nice of her to do me such a favor in a short notice .

Just left from this Cold Stone, the Sunday night crew on 10/22/23 was amazing! It was my first time at this location and I had been meaning to stop by for some time. When I finally got the chance, they were very busy but still were able to serve anyone so politely and efficiently!! Even with my big order and many substitutions :) @Management please reward these lovely ladies for excellent work ethic and kind nature on a busy Sunday night before close! Made my week :)

Cold stone is so delicious I come here with my dad sometimes and the ice cream is so good really creamy all the flavors are to die for you can even get mix ins in your ice cream would totally recommend this business to anyone who is in Cleveland park

Totally greatful for the staff here! My daughter wanted a special cake for her birthday party and of course we waited until the last possible moment. They made the perfect cake for her. I will definitely come back to this location. Great customer service'

Avoid!! The store is filthy and the ice cream is terrible. I tried the coffee and dark chocolate ice creams and they had barely any flavor. The texture was more like butter taffy than ice cream: weirdly slick and chewy. I dunno whether the franchises receive buckets of prepared ice cream or maybe they get just the components of ice cream and they blend it onsite, but something was seriously off about the ice cream recipe. I had three bites then threw it out, it was so awful.

Do NOT have ice cream here!! I came in yesterday for a treat, and ended up puking by the end of the night. My puke solely contained the ice cream that I had. I did not get any sleep last night from having to use the restroom on and off. Save yourselves and do not have ice cream from here!

I went in there yesterday to get ice cream for my kids and the employees were extremely hardworking and tentative to me. Despite this location being very busy with a long line at first they satisfied every customers order for little or no tips honestly not enough and I felt bad that I couldn't afford to tip the way I wanted to. Ice cream is also very good yet overpriced. Honestly the employees there really deserve a raise of pay for all their kindness and hard work (especially when dealing with a lot of these unkind customers).
