The food is excellent. We had not stopped by the Fairmont in years. At that time the lobby lounge didn't have much of a menu. Now they have a great menu! My wife had crabcakes and I had a burger. We also ordered mashed potatoes and a flatbread pizza. Everything was great. The lobby lounge area is very relaxing. They have a full bar with sports on TV that you can see from anywhere in the lounge. It's fun to just sit and watch all kinds of people come and go from...
We rarely eat in for dinner at a hotel. But no regrets on this one. We just split a couple of appetizers and a burger. All were excellent. And out server was outstanding -- very professional and friendly.
Very friendly staff. Had both lunch and dinner here and the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming and sophisticated. The food is very good! Had pancakes for breakfast and they were melt in your mouth. For lunch I had crab cakes and it was savory. Right sized portions.
