This Compass has gone dramatically downhill. There used to be a regular crew whose names I knew and who knew what they were doing. Now there is a constantly rotating set of people who are trying to figure out their jobs. As a result the service is impersonal and slow and the coffee drinks are inconsistent. What happened? Is this a result of growing too fast??

The staff on 10/9/24 around 1-2 PM, a young man, is considering rude to customers. I’m sure there is a reason why he was so grumpy but I don’t think it’s a good idea to project it towards customers.

I usually go to Starbucks daily for years and decided to try here (2nd time). The 1st time was amazing because the atmosphere are amazing. This staff really ruined it.

1 guy before me got the wrong order and this staff looked very annoyed...

I recently visited Compass Coffee for the first time. I had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or spend some time with friends. However, the service left a bit to be desired. They didn’t have skim or low-fat milk, which was disappointing for someone trying to watch their cream intake.
To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with my order. While the staff were friendly and accommodating in resolving the issue, it did detract...
