I’ve had a lot of good experiences here, but the staff this morning was very disrespectful when I asked about my pickup order
Edited: it’s a recurring problem that the staff is unhelpful. We ordered large drinks, they charged us large drinks, then it comes out as a small and all they said was “well we told you we ran out large cups.” Complete gaslighters. Strongly recommend going to any other coffee shop, of which there is an abundance in Navy Yard

Very disappointing! Will stop going here. Food is damaged as birds are flying in and sitting on the pastries. You will pay for bacteria spread from bird nails. Coffee is very expensive.
Compass CEO advertised free coffee for feds and what we got is conditions on buying a pastry. This is 2 weeka ago. So its misleading.

Simply based on the service. I was looking for a single serving container of milk for my kid which they didn't have. So the baristas saved the day by giving me a cup of milk they use for coffee.

My vanilla latte was so good!!! I had it with the chicken sausage sandwich and it was the perfect breakfast before a full day. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the pastries too!
Love the almond butter latte! Asked for a pup cup for my dog and was told they were out of whipped cream. I found it odd that a coffee house would be out of whipped cream.

The first few times here, I really enjoyed it. But the past few times the quality of my experience has suffered due to lack of attention to detail. My drink order has been consistently wrong and the cashier's mind has not been on the job.
