There was way too much cream put in the coffee, and when this was shared the barista shared said that’s how it was. I’ve never been to a coffee place where they haven’t offered to fix a drink, especially if it was made too creamy.

I’m from out of town and came into this shop for some coffee. The baristas were so helpful and welcoming, they gave me a great recommendation for the maple latte which I loved! My lemon pound cake they recommended was also dee-licious!!

Inconsistent pricing for the drink size. I ordered a small hot latte, I was charged for a medium/large and given a petite drink (never seen this size) whenever I ordered a small drink. Not worth the $$$

Disappointing. Yes, I’m a bit of a coffee snob from Portland, OR, but no coffee shops should be pulling espresso shots into plastic cups. They also skipped my drink and I had to ask them to make it when they weren’t busy. And I think they used day old pastries for their samples cause the muffin they put out was very dry. Coffee was better than the hotel’s but not great.

I will never come back here ever again. The service was as if I had beef with all of them or if I was a ghost. From when I walked in and said hello, receiving no response except “you can order over there.” To being told my drink is “over there”, I was given the worst customer service I’ve received in years!
I recently went to the 8th St location, the shop I go to most often. I ordered a drink: Large Iced Tea, earl grey; a drink I order often. The cashier entered a Medium Ice Tea plus a vanilla syrup. I looked at the receipt while they were making the drink bc the price seemed higher than usual. So the cashier says I don’t know why it did that..she’s new. The other barista who has overcharged me before says well I could refund you or since you ordered a Medium, I’ll give you a large. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if Courtney hadn’t overcharged me before. Hopefully this isn’t a trend with your new hires.
