I stop here every morning on my way to work. All the workers know me, and my usual order is often sitting and waiting for me when I walk in. Everyone who works there is friendly and asks about my coming day--like they care! The store is small, cozy, clean, and the perfect place for me to sit and get in the right head space for a day of teaching. Thank you Compass Coffee!

Extra overpriced coffee, sour looking faces like they sucked on lemons, with nasty attitudes soon in the morning…. and the coffee isn’t all that terrific either for those astronomical prices. Avoid!

Coffee wasn't bad and the coffee shop is nice, but the staff this morning was rude. Especially the cashier! There was no hi, good morning, how are you? I was kind from the moment I started speaking to the cashier and I just get this "what do you want!" Kinda look. No thank you, nothing. I was a barista myself and you girls shouldn't be expecting tips if you have no motivation to be there or motivated enough to create a welcoming and pleasant environment. I really felt like I wasn't wanted there. If you don't like your job, you can still be kind to people. Just rude!

Really enjoy my experience and my coffee/drink whenever I go. Staff are always cool and give great suggestions and insight on the seasonal drinks. It's a little sweet but when they add just a little bit, I love their new pumpkin concentrate syrup. Would love to see more cold foam options.
Compass Coffee is always a vibe. I've enjoyed everything there except the vanilla freeze and mango freeze. Not bad drinks- I just was hoping for something different. The teas, pastries, and other drinks have exceeded my expectations. The staff is always friendly and the service is top tier.

The chai was good, cheddar chive scone was good, but the service and ambiance were top notch. Rhamia was so friendly and kind and just went the extra mile on an already hard day for me. Also love all the little nooks to sip you coffee or tea.

You walk in an the entire crew will just look at you, no words or greeting just unfriendly eyes and faces staring at you,looking displeased to take and or make your order. Coffee was cold and not fresh at all. The location is good, and the inside is a ok vibe. Staff does NOT meet vibe check.
