I'm really disappointed. I moved out of the area a few years ago and finally flew back for a few days and had to put this spot on my list. I drove an hour into DC just to try these subs, checking social media to ensure they would be open. Upon arrival at 11am I see they're closed with no signage or posting on social media. I waited for 30 minutes in hopes someone would show up to no regard. I was at the DuPont location and someone finally picked up and said they forgot to post on socials. It's just really disappointing since I was looking forward to this all trip and made the long drive down here just to turn around because someone forgot to inform people of closure. I am contemplating doing the drive again tomorrow but honestly not really sure I want to anymore :(

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I was disappointed by how my Crunchy Boi was falling all over the place when unwrapped it. Especially for almost 20 bucks
I love the uniqueness of the place. All the basics are here but with a little twist. The tuna salad is perfect, pickles are tasty and crisp and the delicious bread was still hot when I got my sammy. There are some tables but seating is limited.

My husband was in DC and picked up two sandwiches from Compliments Only and let me tell you… THEY WERE AMAZING! Being Philly-bred and having high expectations, this place did not disappoint. He brought home The Frex and a Crunchy Boi, and both were absolutely delicious — and the prices were super reasonable, which was an even bigger win.
The Frex came stacked with ham, capicola, pepperoni, Genoa, prosciutto, fresh mozz, hot peppers, onions, arugula, oregano, olive oil, and lots of balsamic.
The Crunchy Boi had turkey, provolone, potato chips, garlic mayo, pickles, onions, shredduce, oil & vin — the perfect mix of flavor and crunch.
I would definitely go out of my way to grab another hoagie from here. Make sure you stop by and thank me later!

Located in the LGBTQ+ community, this sandwich shop is fire. We Bay Area natives love family owned deli sandwiches. No questions about it. Would go back again and again. This store does open face sandwich. I do the Sticky Wicky with no Ham. but that's just me. I prefer the pork belly(bacon), not the leg. The EVOO Vinegar Oregano blend is amazing. Just saying.
