Backed by Clyde’s reputation (and finances), Cordelia did it right. Stefano took care of me at the bar and is a seasoned professional. Explained the restaurant’s approach, menu, and fun facts plus chatted with me appropriately throughout the dinner. Their happy hour is unparalleled and I got a decent rum punch cocktail (not pre-made) with 12 delicious oysters, a hamachi crudo (that was wildly on point), and jumbo raw shrimp for well under $100. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough and will return.

Not stuffy yet still upscale. Place killed it. Terrific mix of seafood and other dishes. Prices are not low, but this was among the best meals I’ve had in DC.

Food was stellar across the board. King Salmon Crudo, the sauces and sides that you can get with the fish, the calamari were all highlights. Even the chicken thighs were incredible! Drink menu is extensive and great, with a price point for everyone. It doesn’t feel like Clyde’s group, and succeeds in being an awesome, more upscale spot.

The food at Cordelia was undeniably delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was also pleasant and inviting, making for a great setting to dine.
However, the portion sizes were extremely disappointing. For the price, we expected much more, and unfortunately, we left still feeling hungry. While the quality of the food was high, the lack of value really overshadowed the experience.
For being a Clyde’s restaurant, we were especially stunned by the high prices and lack of value—something we’ve always appreciated and loved about other Clyde’s locations. This experience didn’t live up to those expectations, and it’s hard to justify the cost for what we received.

Went here last night for a girls dinner and everything was amazing. Our server Ebon was very nice, and the food was sooooo good. The Sea Bass is a must and the mushrooms. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful new restaurant. Loved the atmosphere and design. The seafood was incredibly fresh, as expected with this group, but also creative and delicious. Highly recommend.

A delightful addition to the Union Market neighborhood. While seafood is the main event, don’t sleep on the meat dishes either. The pork is absolutely amazing.

I came here for the restaurant opening and it was absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and the drinks were perfect. The staff were so pleasant. Thank you to the bartender, Joe for his recommendations and conversation. 10/10

We went to the friends and family night and wow was it perfect. The ambiance is amazing, the staff are all welcoming, and the food is simply the best. The salmon is aged and smoked and melts in your mouth. The mushroom appetizer is fantastic, All the seafood was top-notch. The drinks are so unique and tasty. I highly recommend Cordelia for a one of a kind experience, enjoy!!

Amazing cocktails, food, service staff, and atmosphere. Brad gave amazing recs and was fun to chat with. All the staff really cared about our experience. The bar setup had a really cool auxiliary island that my friends and I enjoyed. Definitely a new staple in the Union Market neighborhood. Will be back often!

I just went to friends and family night and it was incredible. My favorite dishes were the hamachi small plate, the maitaki mushrooms, and the whole smoked bass served with a luscious sauce. We had two desserts- the apple pie and the sweet potato creme brulee and both were terrific. Thank you to the warm, welcoming staff and to the chefs for an unforgettable meal.
Dietary restrictions: We were able to easily navigate the menu with lactose intolerance. Also, the staff knew the menu well and helped us.
