Wine market, bar, small plates joint in a good location. Stopped in for a flight and light bite on a Saturday night. The downstairs bar/market was packed, lots of energy, and buzzing. We were upstairs because we had a reservation. Decidedly quieter up there only a couple of other folks dining, the back room had a large party (15) cozy with lighting in the right place. The atmosphere wasn’t terrible, but it was so loud we could hardly have a conversation. The food was okay, not memorable, but not bad either.
What really stood out in a negative way was how rushed we felt. Our drinks were refilled almost too quickly, and at one point, our glasses were even taken away, which felt quite disrespectful. Overall, I don’t see myself coming back.

We stopped by randomly after some awful service at Gypsy Kitchen. What an absolute gem of a spot Cork is. Great wine, knowledgeable and attentive staff, and the food was memorable. Recommend the duck breast! Will be back again.
