I stopped off at this Cosi on my first trip to DC. For a chain it was quick, convenient tailor made salads. The interior was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The salad hit the spot, so I'm looking forward to the opportunity to go back again the next tome I'm in town

Yum!!!!!! Nom nom nom! First time here and I got the ADOBO BOWL. Price seems fair for the portion size and totally worth it! Will definitely have to try other dishes in the next day or two while I'm in town.

Being from out of state and our first time in Washington DC we know nothing really of the area including places to eat. We stayed at the hotel basically connected to the restaurant on 14th street and H Street and wanted an early dinner. We placed the order online and went down to pick up the food to bring up to the room since I had to exit the hotel and walk next door. As I told the person I was picking up, they didn't have a record of the order and then found out we accidentally ordered from a different location. It turns out, I was speaking with the General Manager, Cynthia Castelo and she immediately told me to not worry, that they would take care of it. She made up my order while I waited and with a big smile said Thank You and to enjoy my food. I was worried I would be charged a second time since the other location already charged my credit card. She assured me everything was fine and she would call the other location to let them know what happened.
Food was good. I had to wait about 30 minutes just for a salad. If you're in a hurry, I would go somewhere else.

Bad, bad food. I ordered thru Doordash, an Adobo Lime Chicken Salad, a Club Supreme Sandwich and a French Onion soup. Everything was awful. The salad was disgusting, dressing tasted like a cheap vinagrette, and the "chicken" was a slice of your typical chicken breast for sale at the grocery store for $4 the pound. Then came the sandwich. It was the only thing eatable of the three, although small and a bit plain on the toppings. But the soup, oh god. The bowl of soup was FULL OF BREAD. They throw an entire loaf inside, with some onion here and there, and like two slim slices of cheese at the bottom. Nope, not again in my entire life. Panera charges you the same with WAY better food than this. Sadly I forgot to take a picture of the food.
