Cute little brunch spot with great staff and a drag ‘host’ on the weekends. If you like drag but not all of the noise and theatrics that are usually associated with it, then this might be the right middle ground.
Sadly, the food here was mediocre--tasteless chicken fried steak and a Caesar salad that was just lettuce and some cheese. The waiter went completely MIA, so the bartender waited on us after we flagged him down. And the prices were nutty--chicken fried steak for $30 was shocking, but we ordered thinking it was expensive because it was amazing. Nope. Instead it was 1/3 inedible with tough meat. Won't be back.
Absolutely best, drinks are amazing , great music . Thanks to Chris, he was amazing and very welcoming. Definitely made my experience here greatGood for a date or a family/ friend night. The margaritas are top

We've been several times for brunch and dinner and always have a great experience. The food is fun and comforting, we love the jackfruit tostada and banana French toast for brunch or the chicken pot pie for dinner, and the staff is always wonderful. We often run into Shane, the owner, walking around and checking in with guests. The eclectic decor and mismatched plates might have been what originally drew us in, but we keep coming back for the experience and it's often our go to restaurant when we have out of town guests.
Vegetarian options: Many menu items are vegetarian
Kid-friendliness: They offer family events such as drag story time and there are always plenty of kids

This place is a true gem, it’s the low key brunch spot I take all my out of town guests to. The owner has stopped by to chat with our table before and Tara Hoot who performs is a HOOT. Such a warm sense of community here. Staff and food are great. And the decor and designs from DC legend Miss Pixie make it extra special. Go and enjoy!!
Came here with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, had a great time! The drinks and the food were awesome. I visited again for brunch and had the tofu scramble. The bartender was so kind and accommodating. Thank you CAH!

Quirky atmosphere with frequent live events. Comfort food focus, more like home cooking than anything fancy. Chicken fried steak and chicken pot pie are the highlights. Skip dessert, though.

I have now gone 3 times to get a tasting of brunch, lunch, and dinner, and each time that I have gone, I have been met with incredible service, tasty food, and good drinks. A great addition to the neighborhood! Come on out for drag brunch and check out their event calendar-there’s always something fun happening.

The atmosphere is definitely what makes this place. Service was lacking, the chicken sandwich was so tough that the entire chicken pulled out of my sandwich while trying to chew through it (it also needs a pickle or something that isn’t just mayo). The drink brought me back to my early 20’s visiting Dan’s Cafe which iykyk. My friend ordered the Pot Pie which was sooo tiny for $28. Sad to say this place was not it for me. The show sounded awesome though.

Lots of potential with a pretty great space staffed by a collection of eccentric characters type place. Think college. As was in college, I was into this somewhat crazy scene then, but today, I’d prefer something either a little more refined or edgier. This place def can use some scrubbing a-la Joan Crawford. They should push the camp to the max where every single item, drink, corner, and molecule is screaming and serving face.
