Came in recently to do some work. The chai was not great and the almond croissant I had was cold in the middle (probably was a frozen pastry) even after being toasted. But I’d come here over Starbucks any day and will try something new next time. Ambiance was great, reggae playing over the speaker. Absolutely beautiful art on the walls, felt like a mini gallery.

Love this spot! The honey lavender latte is to die for. Such great vibes and lovely ambience. They’re also always playing the best music softly behind the counter.

Stopped by on my way out of DC this morning. The coffee (I got a latte) is good, but the pastries are average. It seems like a bright space to come and do some work or to read - lots of art on the walls and books available.

This delightful community-feel coffee shop is a gem! They make homemade chai! Although their baked goods don’t seem to be homemade, I appreciate their menu and their beverages are the feature.
They have a self-pay independent book store onsite and do rentals for private events (ie birthday parties)! Typically the shop is quiet enough during the workdays for remote working. Don’t forget their side doggy door!
Hello keep this gem in our neighborhood!

A lovely coffee shop. Drinks and delicious. They have limited food (muffins, danishes, etc.) but they are still great as well.

Good coffee, really lovely people, nice space. Thanks :)
Workers are really nice. Food was good and the prices were fair for DC. I’ve been to some other coffee shops in the neighborhood and I prefer this one. I also love the seating options and books.

I do not say this lightly when I say they offered the best lavender honey latte I've ever had. Absolutely delicious.
On top of that, the space is warm, inviting, and a haven for people who want to support businesses that are doing their part to build better communities.
I had a chance to speak with the owner and she was so kind and lovely.
To top it off, when I mentioned to a colleague that I discovered this coffee shop, she smiled brightly and said she spent so many of her college days at this shop and loves it as well.
Definitely recommend.

Followed the top recommendation of lavender honey iced coffee and it was amazing. Husband got snickerdoodle and said it was perfect not overly sweet ( he did ask her to make it less sweet for him) overall this was a great last minute idea stop after my VA appt. The barista was just absolutely amazing!
