I love this place. It was my go-to for all of last summer and I always swing by when I visit the city. Excellent for brunch.
Tried to go on a Sunday at 6pm. They state online they are open until 7pm. Had been looking forward to it since we had heard they have gluten free batter. Got there and they were closed. Very disappointing.
I was so excited that this restaurant offered gluten free options. When I told the server that I needed to be gluten free, then double checked like we celiacs do, he got short with me stating that he heard me. Many servers just don't realize how many other servers miss the instructions that we need to be gluten free. PLUS, they really don't understand how critical it is. Gluten creates havoc on our bodies. Servers need to be more patient with gluten free customers. I wish this one had. Also, the GF crepe was bland, but the berries inside were good. One crepe, about $17. Not worth it for this GF customer.
We went on a Friday afternoon and wanted meatless offerings. We were looking forward to the egg and cheese, but when we arrived the server said that it was a breakfast item and that he didn't make breakfast items in the afternoon. That information wasn't on the menu online or the one posted above the cashier. And there was no line or other orders - he could have made an exception (if that is the policy) or explained the problem. But fine - we ordered some other items. The server, however, didn't listen carefully to our orders. One of us ordered chocolate sauce (and repeated it twice for clarity) and he put strawberry sauce on it. He didn't apologize but he did offer to re-make the dish. The customer didn't want the rest of the party to wait, since all the other items were complete. One crepe was too salty; the other one - dessert crepes - were decent. I didn't feel like the crepe itself was subtle like French crepes, which is what I expect from a place that literally *only makes crepes*, but hey, it is Union Station. Overpriced, mediocre food, poor service. 3-stars is generous.
Hearty, fresh, quickly-prepared, and besides the obvious sweet ones, a big savoury crepe menu with tons of veg and meat options. Great stop!
Very nice quick and inexpensive
The food was good, but I felt it was a bit overpriced for the overall experience and flavor.
Good crepe! Made from scratch in front of you.
Just bought crepes at Crepes Lena in Wheaton Mall. Horrible is so many ways:
1) crepes were terrible; dry, flavorless
2) took forever to fill the order (only one poor girl working)
3) overcharged by $1.30
4) employee did not know how to amend sale on register
5) no coffee/non “ice creamy” drinks
Business needs to be seriously evaluated for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Solid enough crepe in the Union Station. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a quick bite before boarding your train
