This is my 2nd time having an issue with a lady cashier at the Wisconsin Avenue location she pretty much rushed me to order and i had a special to order and she declined it and said If I can't hurry up and decide you can go somewhere else. I called and talked to a manager about it but I don't think they ever talked to her about the situation so I'm writing by email and through here because this needs to be addressed ASAP.

I went to your store downtown silver spring. First I gave her 20 dollars but I was on the phone. I know exactly how much money I have in my pocket. I know for a fact I gave you $20. 8 dollars change... Honestly I'm on a important phone call. I know she is wrong. But whatever. Then I get home and see my plate of food... disgusting... I have to cook anyway... I want my money back.
Over &13.00 for a whole chicken ... dry and hardly no meat. First time here picking up dinner after work and will be the last. Very disappointed 😔
