Great experience! Not a cafe in any sense besides serotonin! Love these cats, they're so spoiled

Incredible!!! *Dog owner/lover review*. This place was incredible. From the various places to sit and interact with the cats to the large assortment of cats to play with, everything was top notch. The inside was VERY clean and fresh. All of the cats looked very healthy and clean as well. The cats ranged from kittens up to older adults. All of the cats are adoptable which is amazing. The staff was also a very pleasant surprise. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I visited with an appointment on a weekday around noon and we had the place to ourselves. The cost is 25 dollars per person per 30 min time slot and you are required to remove your shoes once you enter. There are also gifts for sale and the cafe does provide drinks and sweet treats from the levain bakery next door ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Such a soothing and relaxing experience that I will def do again.

Can’t speak for the place itself, but booked for a birthday visit and there was an accident blocking Wisconsin ave. Which resulted in us blocked in on the road. We called pushing the appointment but ultimately had to cancel. $56 down the drain and no visit for a birthday which was really disappointing.

I liked this place. I absolutely love cats. Having recently experienced a loss of a beloved fur baby, this was therapeutic for my healing.

My takeaways:

1. The staff required visitors to remove their shoes, however, they do not remove theirs. I've noticed one employee walking all over the floor pillows.

2. The staff were nice, went through the rules quickly, and allowed people to move about freely.

3. As a person sensitive to smells, I could smell the litter boxes needed to be changed. It wasn't overpowering, however, I personally could smell it as could one of my friends that attended with me. In an establishment such as this, you'd think they would invest in automatic self cleaning litter boxes to be sure the boxes are always tidy, keeps the odor down, and keeps cats safe from picking up germs from uncleaned litter.

4. I noticed while petting one of the white cats, that the cats have fleas. It would be wise to give these cats flea baths before introducing them to the general public so that people who have other pets at home don't risk bringing fleas back into their household.

5. We ordered some snacks from the Levine Bakery next door. The sourdough crumb cake was absolutely delicious and the unsweetened tea was really good to me.

Overall, aside from the few aforementioned things, I'd visit again. 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars

A real oasis here in Georgetown after a long walk all around the C&O Canal and seeing all those designer and fashion stores to have the opportunity to just relax and enjoy the unbeatable company of these sweet angels 👼 just made my day!!! Best place to come back to Washington D.C. And thank you for the lovely 💗Polaroid🤗

I highly recommend this place to all cat lovers and anyone looking to adopt. The staff work really hard to take care of the cats and ensure that you have an enjoyable experience with them. The food and drink served at the cafe come from Levain bakery as far as I'm aware.

I've always loved visiting the little kitties here! Staff was extremely EXTREMELY accommodating to our tardiness and we cannot thank them enough for that.
Thank you as always

Fascinating place! There were so many cats, they all seemed to have different personalities. It is also possible to adopt the cats. The staff were very nice and they even gave me a polaroid for free! Mei(black and white cat) was the sweetest, wish I could’ve adopted him. Overall if you respect the cats they’re quite friendly. There’s also a cafe where you can get food and drinks. The place is clean and there is a bathroom available. Would go again someday!
