I hate cats, but my family loved it. Five stars if you love cats. No stars if you hate cats. Good merchandise, tho

We have been coming to this place for the last 3 years with our kids, and they always had a great time. We always booked for our kids to play with cats, and we waited on them on the benches to take kids' pictures interacting with cats.Today, we booked for both of our kids. when we arrived for our 11:40 am. appointment, we were told that everyone has to pay full price even if we had to wait on the benches. My wife paid the full price to sit on the benches, and I had to wait outside in the rain for 30 minutes for my family to finish their session. It is a ridiculous policy, and it was the last time we brought our kids to this place.

i was visiting from nigeria with my sister in november. stumbled in here by accident and we were so so in love. got a polaroid with a “bowl cat” that’s still on my wall till this day. and it encouraged me to get a calico cat. can’t wait to come again

I went for the experience but would not go again. The concept of the place is good but the execution is not there. I went in with the expectation of the place being like a cafe with cats like you see many other places on the internet. However this place is more like a glorified cat shelter. The cats were very cute and somewhat friendly but most of them just wanted to sleep or hide. As for the cafe part there is none. All the food and drink comes from a cafe across the street, and the cappuccino I ordered was the worst cappuccino I ever had. I do like that they are helping the cats though.

What a purr-fect way to inspire cat adoption. This Georgetown facility is all about cats. If you are a cat lover or want a creative activity, make a reservation to see what all the meowing is about. The Union Station/Georgetown Circulator makes a few stops near the store. There is also limited street parking and nearby garages. Weekday 30 minute visits are $25. Weekend 30 minute visits are $28 per person. Reservations are encouraged since there is a space limit. If you sign up for the newsletter, you'll get 10% off your ticket. Beverages and packaged snacks are available. Consider what you wear since you could get cat fur on your clothes. The cats roam around while you visit. They are friendly and cute. Before you get attached, find out if a cat is available for adoption or a permanent resident. This concept is a cute first date idea or a great way to find a cat a furr-ever home. The place is on a bottom level with stairs. Guests are buzzed in the front door to prevent cats from accidentally getting out. I would limit personal items. Cats are curious.

THIS PLACE IS SO FREAKING CUTE!!!!!!!To say that I love cats is a gross understatement, so when I say that this place ticked all the boxes for a cat-tastic experience, I mean it!!! Reserving spots online beforehand was an easy process, and once we got there, the staff laid down a few simple ground rules about how to treat the kitties while there. There were cats everywhere, so many different personalities, but almost all were very happy to cuddle or play with me and the other guests! Beverages and pastries are also available, as are merch for the cafe! I can't wait to go again!!

We went here for Valentine’s Day and had such a good time. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about each cat’s personality and you could see how well looked after the cats were. Plus, they are all adoptable! To date, Crumbs and Whiskers has saved over 2300 cats from euthanasia. It’s great knowing your money is going to such a great cause saving cats and kittens.

If you have 15 minutes or an hour and need a serotonin boost then do yourself a favor and stop on by! The staff is wonderful and the cats are so cute, playful and heart warming. Callie took to me quickly and sat in my lap for many chin skritches. Endless toe beans and fury faces to make you smile.

I love the vibes at Crumbs & Whiskers and you can tell the kitties are very well taken care of. They do a good job informing you of all the personalities and how to approach all the different cats. Some might say entry is expensive, but its for a good cause!

Amazing staff and the most fun loving cats. I messed up on the purchase and bought only one ticket for me and spouse. They quickly corrected that issue and allowed us entry, very kind of them! Upon entry we were given a quick debrief and then allowed to interact with the cats. All the cats were excited to meet us, there were cats of all ages and different breeds, you can interact with them via toys. To be respectful, they asked us to ask them if we wanted to pick up a cat, the staff was very attentive to our requests. It was a clean and well kept environment. You have to be aware of your surrounding, cats will be all around you so watch your step. They also provided you with the option to have a beverage that you could place an order to enjoy while you are there for the experience. We had a great time, cats were well behaved and didn’t bite or scratch, and best of all they take a Polaroid picture of you for free to keep! If you are interested in a cat they will explain the process, folks please give this place a try if you are seeking a feline companion, you’ll get to experience many cats and hopefully get to know them on a personal level. Good luck!

We spent a lovely afternoon at Crumbs and Whiskers surrounded by approximately 20 happy and well cared for gorgeous cats. The employees were super nice and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere The space was beautifully decorate, clean and very comfortable for cats and visitors alike. Huge Bonus points for their partnership with Levian Bakery next door. The cookies and beverages are delicious and add just the right touch.

If you’re a cat lover this place is for you. I loved every minute of it! The cats are friendly and super cute. The best part is they are all up for adoption ❤️

I did not have a good time when I visited here on a weekend trip from out of town. There were 2-3 groups booked along with my partner and I, and those groups had several children in them. They should limit the number of children at a time, or have no-children time blocks. Every single time a cat would come to visit me, it would be chased by a child or lured away by a child with a cat toy. The kids would not let any cat stay with anyone, and anytime a cat started to settle down with someone, these kids would draw said cat away. For our keepsake Polaroid the staff had to go and ask one of the kids if we could “borrow” a cat for our photo. I was very disappointed, and didn’t complain in person because I view our $56 for 30 minutes of NOT playing with cats as a donation to the work of finding the cats permanent homes. I wont be returning though, because kids are allowed to run amok and not respect the boundaries of other patrons.
