Excellent service made up for food that was mediocre. Order came out correctly, but the vaca frita beef tasted and had chewy texture that suggested it was a day old and reheated. The side of Yuca fries did not taste fresh either, like they sat from lunch to dinner time under a heat lamp.
I had the chicken with mashed potatoes and the empanadas. The food was okay, not amazing, but it came out quickly. The ambience was fantastic, lively, and beautifully done. Restrooms were clean and well-kept. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere more than the meal.

Never in my life had I had such an unpleasant experience Saturday, October 12 at night. The waitress who served us was incredibly hateful, with a rude and unprofessional attitude throughout the service. She seemed upset since we arrived and did everything reluctantly.
In addition, the prices are very high for such small portions that serve. The food does not have the authentic flavor of Cuban cuisine, we were 4 people and we will definitely not return.

The atmosphere and service was good but the food was just okay. I ordered the promotion plate, I believe it’s the chefs choice as a celebration Hispanic heritage. Price was ok. I would rather order something from their menu next time to see if there’s a difference.

Super wonderful experience my server I think her name was Jade (green hair). Was really awesome, kind and helpful with suggestions. I tried out the September tasting menu and it was INCREDIBLE, such great food for only $50

We came here because we heard about dancing at night but we got here a little too early. It was around 930 pm so we just ordered some food. We had the ropa vieja & the empanadas. The Ropa Vieja was good but it only comes with white rice (I’m used to them always serving it with black beans and rice or with Congri & maduros). The empanadas were fried too hard. I didn’t really like them. The drinks were average. The place is pretty cute and when were leaving, they were starting to pick up the tables & the music was really great. The bathroom, however, had a long line.

This Saturday I was recommended to go to Cuba Libre during the night club, the music and the environment 10/10 but I was very disappointed. One of the ladies (bartender) who served me was drunk, she didn't understand anything I asked her and I had to repeat the order many times. She was also dancing with her partner and it took her a long time to give me my order.

The service was wonderful. The environment was lovely. Of course there is no parking due to the location, and I don't believe the price was right for my entree. The paella is a very small serving and the bottom is pretty crispy, which leaves a very small amount of rice. Pick another dish.

We wandered into this restaurant without prior reservations. We were seated promptly by very friendly staff. The toasted bread was served promptly and our waiter who then attentively took our orders. The food came quickly and was very good and the portions were generous. The black bean soup was a real standout and brought me back to the days of the Omega restaurant on Columbia Road. Cuba Libre has my top recommendation. I’ll be back.

Closed on a Thursday night when it said it was open. We commuted from far and we just wasted time and money getting there.
The host dropped a full glass of ice cold water on me. It drenched me, my phone and my bag. No genuine apology. No offer to move table. No dryer in the rest room. Accidents happen and it was only water. I just didn't feel like they gave a damn. We left without eating and found another restaurant.
