Iâm very angryâŠmy husband ate from here this morning. He ordered the French toast and sausage and he has been sick all day. I believe he may have food poisoning, I have never seen him this sick beforeâŠ.

I got the cafe con panna and my friend got a 20 oz soda. Husband and wife operations I think. Reasonable prices.
The best dining experience on the Hill! I love getting a Tomato Mozza panini and an iced banana latte. So good!!!

The manager-like woman with a squealing voice was being very rude. If it was your kitchen/cashierâs fault to miss charging an item, train your korean staff properly instead of yelling at your customers. Get yourself some manners plz.
Weâre not so desperate as to dodge paying for a sandwich. Don't assume others act like you do.

While working I decided to stop at Cups for a sandwich. This was my first time ordering from the sandwich shop. After the older Asian man took my order I stepped aside to wait with everyone else for my order. As I stood I noticed ticket numbers being called. I walked over to the counter and the young man cooking in the back noticed me and I said politely âI didnât receive a ticket.â The older man yelled âNo ticket, no food. Read the instructions.â I was completely shocked by the response since I was a new customer. I donât know where people yell at customers, but that seems to be Cups. Disrespect is not worth a sandwich.

Great Oatmilk latte.
Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches! The Chinese food buffet at lunch is also great. A Senate institution.
