This place is chaos. Overpriced chaos at that. The owner is constantly running around screaming -- at staff, at customers, just randomly. It's a small space, her yelling is just too much. They upcharge a ludicrous amount for any changes to orders $1.75 to simply change your bread! Oh, and the price varies based on who's writing the ticket. Cute. The two stars is because the other staff are generally nice/don't yell at anyone.

Love this place!! Been coming here since I was in high school when I was a senate page! They Milky Way freeze is still my guilty pleasure! So tasty! Definitely full of sugar so it's a treat drink. But they have everything! Food is good! Lots of different snack options, especially things for on the go! If you're here on business or running to a meeting come here first, it will definitely put some pep in your step! The customer service is definitely hit or miss, but overall they're very nice people- who honestly are just busy!

Ever since it reopened in September, way too much of my paycheck has gone to Cups. Coffee. Great food. Great snacks. Fast service. And, most importantly... seasonal drinks (don't sleep on their apple cider!) There isn't much more you could want from this place. New Years Resolution for 2020: come here even more. Pro tip: They put their food out at 10:30 am for lunch, and it goes QUICK because it's so delicious. Get there and grab your lunch ahead before it's gone, because by noon it'll be cleared out.
