Waited for a long time to sit, nobody approached us for a long time, than somebody came to us and told us to sit down somewhere, and said it will take time to approach us again to take order but at least we will be sitting. We said ok... Overall, we waited in the restaurant for an hour, we didn't even order anything yet just waited... Than we gave up because we have a little child and she was so hungry, we decided to leave to somewhere else to eat... Very disappointing... It was our first day in the hotel on the arrival... Left a bitter taste. We didn't come back there to eat. Very poor service /understaffed.

Their sushi rolls are AMAZING!! I didn’t think they would be ‘out of this world’ but wow, the taste of their rolls tasted better than most of what I tried in Tokyo or Osaka! Definitely worth trying if you’re staying at the Grand Hyatt or in the area!

We booked a reservation here for a Saturday about 2.5 hours before a show that we had to go to. We had 8 people with our party and they were pretty accommodating with our reservation changes which was great. We were sat on the main level (not a lot of room) but there was a bar and some seating, and there's more seating downstairs.
There seemed to be only one server for the level but overall, everything just took a really long time. Some of our party did arrive later than others but when ordering drinks or food, everything just took awhile to come out. We didn't see our server too much or had a hard time finding them to get their attention to order/put in drink orders/get the check.
For our drinks, most of us got wine or beer but the Grand Mystery Cocktail was really good, I definitely recommend that. They were out of a lot of things it seemed, one thing or another had to be substituted. My husband got a sake flight and I tried to order sake which they just substituted it for a different one because thy were out (the snow maiden).
For our appetizers, we ordered the Savory Potato, Spinach & Artichoke Beignets, the Burrata & Stone Fruit, the Cured King Ora Salmon, and the Karage. The beignets never came out so that was a little disappointing. Our server said they would take care of it, along with several of the other drinks that were charged/substituted and they all ended up making it on the check and of course it was a hassle to flag them down to get it removed appropriately.
The Burrata & Stone Fruit was good and quite refreshing. I wasn't too impressed with the Cured King Ora Salmon and I personally don't think it was worth the price. The salmon was really hard to cut from the skin and it was basically glorified smoked salmon in my opinion. The Karage was good, and had a hint of spice but crispy and pretty good.
For our main dishes, we ordered the Cure B&B Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, the Squid Ink Tonnerelli, and the 10th St. Roll. My husband ordered the Chirashi Bowl. The Cheeseburger was just a little bit too dry for my liking, the sweet potato fries weren't bad, just wish they were a little crispier. The Squid Ink Tonnerelli was good but it wasn't a lot and it was pretty oily. Good flavor though. The 10th St. Roll & The Chirashi Bowl were both pretty decent. Overall, not too sure if I would come back.

I looked up eateries in the area using Google Maps and Cure sounded interesting to me. In reality it was just overpriced hotel bar food. Although the food was tasty I would have picked another option had I known they only had a very limited selection before 5pm.
I think the staff was more interested in socializing with each other than providing great service. I really don't know who my waiter/ waitress was. No one introduced themselves and all in all , it took 4 people to take my order and bring out the food. It was crazy!
For $50 dollars I wish I had gone somewhere different.

Food was wonderful and my server was ok. I was excited to try this restaurant and wanted to experience as many flavors as possible. I was a bit disappointed that my server couldn't explain the menu, I ended up having to use Google since she left me mid order to serve drinks. The decorations were pretty and the music wasn't too loud. The water had a weird taste and smell, which for an upscale restaurant, you would think they'd have filtered water for their guests.
