The food was overcooked, dry and salty.
I looked up eateries in the area using Google Maps and Cure sounded interesting to me. In reality it was just overpriced hotel bar food. Although the food was tasty I would have picked another option had I known they only had a very limited selection before 5pm.
I think the staff was more interested in socializing with each other than providing great service. I really don't know who my waiter/ waitress was. No one introduced themselves and all in all , it took 4 people to take my order and bring out the food. It was crazy!
For $50 dollars I wish I had gone somewhere different.

Food was wonderful and my server was ok. I was excited to try this restaurant and wanted to experience as many flavors as possible. I was a bit disappointed that my server couldn't explain the menu, I ended up having to use Google since she left me mid order to serve drinks. The decorations were pretty and the music wasn't too loud. The water had a weird taste and smell, which for an upscale restaurant, you would think they'd have filtered water for their guests.

Dined in on Sunday, 10/20 with a party of 10. Cassie was our server and she was excellent! Service was on point, was very knowledgeable of the menu, and was extremely patient with all of us as we took our time exploring the menu.

We ate dinner outside on a beautiful early Fall evening. The food was decent but not great, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the mosquitoes were abundant. My drinks were never refilled, and the sushi rice seemed to have dried out and gotten gummy. The fish was good quality and the veggies were very fresh.
Wheelchair accessibility: All the indoor tables are bar height so a person using a wheelchair would not be able to eat on the table. It forced our group outdoors.

Amazing experience to end a trip on w my 12 year old. Aster was a phenomenal server and was so beautifully personable. Don't be afraid of the menu, the restaurant is NOT confused about their identity, a grand blend of French and Japanese fare and quite modestly priced for the capital region.

The management has double standards. I arrived around 4:30 hoping for an early dinner. I was presented a limited menu and when I inquired I was told that I would need to wait until 5 to before I could receive a dinner menu. I was fine with that and left the restaurant and returned to be seated at 5. A customer already seated two tables away had her meal from the dinner menu delivered shortly after I was seated.
I mentioned to the hostess that I did not appreciate double standards. I did not mind following their 5 o’clock policy, but it should be the same policy for all customers!
The food is excellent, but they need to be consistent with how they treat their customers. After I notified the hostess and my server of the double standard, the manager came to speak with me. At first he was trying to defend what occurred, but in the end he eventually apologized. I hope something was learned and they are consistent with the enforcement of their policies. Each customer should be treated with the same service. I was willing to wait until 5 because that was the policy quoted to me by the manger himself.

In town for a work event, connected to Grand Hyatt hotel so very convenient. Sat at the bar and conversed with the bartenders. Very friendly and nice. Started with some sushi which was very good. I then enjoyed the french onion soup which had a great cheese crust and nice amount of onions and bread. I was recommended to partake in desert by fellow diners. I did the cheesecake to go which I ate later. Overall it was nice, I think being to go as the components were broken apart I didn't maybe coordinate it the best. During my work trip I did enjoy another trip tot he bar for drinks with colleagues and the staff was super friendly and great.

The restaurant was nearly empty. Unfriendly staff, felt we were burdening them. Bartender was so rude. Ruined our meal. Manager made excuses for his uncalled for behavior. Not kid friendly. Very poor customer service.
