Curry and Rice DC

My friends and I checked in, and while we understand that not all requests can always be accommodated, we did ask for a booth upstairs, and were given the option of three seats at the bar and a small hightop. I have been coming to Sticky Rice for years and had nothing short of exceptional service, But today we had incredibly slow service, severely limited table space, and noticed the bathroom had not been checked or cleaned in hours. We had gone around 30 minutes without a refill on the water, and had to ask for the appetizers to come out. This is one of my favorite restaurants, but this was not gonna the most pleasant experiences I have had.

Went to dinner on a Saturday night with friends. The gist is the food was good, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Took over an hour to get our first round of drinks, which came out wrong and with one missing. Finally had food about 1 hour and 45 minutes after sitting down, appetizer never came and a vegetarian dish came out with chicken. Waters were refilled once....we had to get up from the table to ask for the check even though we were the only table left in the restaurant. Don't think we'll be back!

The food was OK but the service was not very professional. The dishes we ordered did not complement each other although the server assured us that they would. The atmosphere retains some of the funky charm that more restaurants in this area had years ago.

Perfect spot for dinner before concert at RNR hotel. Food was excellent, fresh and well prepared. Could get your own entrees or Share family style. Moderately priced - great value. Service was friendly and responsive. Pretty loud but as expected on a vibrant street on a Saturday night. Great spot would recommend or go back.

Our favorite sushi+ restaurant in DC. All the dishes are always delicious. It can get ver noisy but night we went cross table conversations were normal. Highly recommend this restaurant.
